They actually placed at 1p - the warrants are 1.3p ;-)

· Placing of 125 million new ordinary shares of €0.0001 par value in the capital of the Company at 1p (the 'Placing Shares') to raise £1,250,000.

· Grant of Fundraise Warrants for all subscribers of New Ordinary Shares in the Fundraising at 1.3 p per share on a 1 for 2 basis, subject to approval of an increase in the authorised share capital.

Just done a dummy sell for my now enlarged holding - can sell the lot at 5.425p

Well I suppose it depends what you mean by 'recovered' i.e. do you mean back to the original price before the 90% fall?

There are many that fall 90% and then go on to multibag from that level - eg. like you said RKH.

I've been in many that have dropped 90% and I have managed to get in 'near' the bottom and even been 50% down on my investment. However, then they've multibagged and I've made a great profit.

The trouble is, news of that third party funding could drop anytime now, and you really do not want to be out when it does because that will be the catalyst for a re-rate, and a significant one at that.

Remember there are only 177 million shares in issue, which I believe a good amount of which are now in tight hands ;-)

Janix - Only way to be certain of shares in issue is to look at the last Total Voting Rights RNS - 30th June 2025

In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, as at 30 June 2025, the Company's issued share capital consists of 13,884,027 Ordinary Shares of £0.0001, each with one voting right. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 13,884,027.

They might try a treeshake, but I doubt it - 1. Too many people waiting to buy - 2. Not enough stops to take out for any significant advantage - So come on Mr MM take it up :-)
