MSM - "How does this impact Marks?"

M&S is unlikely to be upset by this specific announcement for several distinct reasons:

Separation of Business Arms: Ocado operates two separate divisions. M&S co-owns Ocado Retail (the online UK grocery store). Today's deal is via Ocado Group, which sells warehouse automation technology to global third-party retailers.

End of Exclusivity: Ocado Group previously ended its mutual exclusivity arrangements with international and domestic partners. This legally freed them up to supply their software solutions to other UK grocers without violating the M&S joint venture.

Financial Stability Perks: M&S's recent financial results showed that its overall group balance sheet is heavily tied to the consolidation of Ocado Retail. A stronger, cash-flow-positive Ocado Group reduces the wider structural and financial risks for the joint venture.

Record Sales Growth: M&S food sales on Ocado.com have officially surpassed £1 billion for the first time, skyrocketing by 17.7% compared to last year.

Deeply Integrated Supply Chain: M&S is actively deepening its logistics relationship with Ocado. M&S is currently expanding its supply chain capacity and automated technology specifically to feed more products into the online network.

The SP will go North eventually ;-)

Delay in Publication of Annual Results

Zenova Group plc (AIM: ZED) announces that it will not be in a position to publish its audited annual results for the year ended 30 November 2025 by 31 May 2026, being the six-month deadline prescribed by AIM Rule 19.

The delay is due to the time required to finalise the audit of the Company's financial statements for the year ended 30 November 2025. The Board is working closely with the Company's auditors, MMBA London Ltd, to complete the audit as soon as practicable. The Company's shares are suspended from trading on AIM pending completion of the proposed reverse takeover announced on 11 September 2025.

The audited results for the year ended 30 November 2025 will also be included in the admission document to be published by the Company in connection with the proposed reverse takeover.

A further announcement will be made in due course.

There's LOGP now LRES returned to the market today after being suspended for over 2yrs - Opened 50% up.

I feel the same will happen here soon, and may be even more than 50% up on return to market ;-)

I've never heard of this but hey ho this is what one Ai said ........

Strange thing is, it also happened with ZED this morning, and they have been suspended since last September. Even stranger is that the time of the trade there was also 0642hrs.
