The latest Investing Matters Podcast with Jean Roche, Co-Manager of Schroder UK Mid Cap Investment Trust has just been released. Listen here.
This is when you get told it was anything but buys by so called ordinary investors.
First reason...it was a rollover
As Vast have said before, August will be a great month with plenty of news to come, but as usual you read the shorters on this BB pick fault with everything Vast puts out.
Hopefully when things take off the ex public school boy, smart arse keyboard warriors on here will move on (as they have with GGP)
Results due August, RNS has other info.
So the update wasn't to everyones liking but the way some go on you'd think that Vast should just shut up shop and tell their hundreds of staff to go find another job...
Results in August
Baita Plai also has gold, silver and molybdenum
Faneata tailings dam has tailings from Baita Plai and only 6km from plant
Blueberry Gold Project 29%
Tajikistan, two projects
Mining in Romania and Tajikistan is a good foot through the door situation, if Vast doesn't mess up there will be many more opportunities
After 2013 and thanks to the Canadian mining company any mining company is lucky to be operating in Romania
After some research...it seems to go quiet after June 2017, no mention at all, is it a case of Romanian Government likes to keep certain results out of the public domain.
Now Baita Plai is fully operational Vast may apply for the permit to operate the Faneata tailings dam, 40 years of supposedly high quality tailings from BP would be a nice addition to their bottom line
As for straws, Baita Plai, Kajikistan and Faneata are looking good for those of us who bought in well below 1p
Faneata was recently mentioned on Twitter, is this tailings dam still viable for Vast and now Baita Plai is operational will they make use of it, can’t find much info about Faneata after 2017.
Sorry to those invested in Pog, I was, but at least Vast mines are in Romania and Kajikistan, fairly safe jurisdictions .
Luckily Vast also has molybdenum, gold and silver in their Romanian portfolio
Are Sandyshore, Pecten and Sandcrab on another BB the same person? (All seaside related)
Has it been mentioned before and personally I couldnt care less either way, but WOW so many post and so much hate
Is investing in AIM the best for anyones mental health if this is what happens after a few years of losses
BP...a few have mentioned that the price of copper has dropped, yes, but molybdenum is nearly $40000 per ton and Vast are looking to mine 1-5 tons per month, not forgetting gold and silver
Tajikistan means more revenue and is definitely a foot through the door moment for Vast
For those of us new to Vast the future looks promising
The Zimbabwean government is preferring Chinese and Russian miners to AIM companies, I’d prefer to be with a company who’s only fault is share consolidation than a company that bleeds a country dry (Chinese gold miners in Tajikistan)
Looking to the future…..
The Takob Mine was one of the most important fluorspar in the USSR, also holds lead, zinc and silver. Undoubtedly more will be heard from Takob in future.
This report was released by the CIA in 2013 from a report from 20th May 1952 under their document release program.
Let’s hope VAST can do well with their new acquisition.
