Based on MBs past statements and hardly any of them have been delivered, I can't see why anyone genuine would trust him anymore....

*When MB said 60-70% COS, all wild cat were dusters

*When MB said ongoing JV interests from multiple parties, no deal in the past 10 years

*When MB said exclusivity and support from the Mongolian Government, extensive bureaucratic processes hold ups

*When MB said fully funded, he then raises funds a few weeks later

* When MB said the company needed funds to help the company stay afloat after the COVID period, he got the funds and went and blew it on Gobi wildcat.

*When MB said Gobi evaluated to be a good prospect, it turned out to have no sign of oil

*When MB said H1 flowed at 821bopd, he then choked back the well for a maintained flow rate of 200bopd, but then the final flow rate turned out to be 160bopd

*When MB said Heron has millions barrels of oil potential, he then goes bid for the Borzon Block and thinking of moving onto that block instead

* When MB said H1 is a quick easy fix with a cheap sand screen, he then says in the next RNS alternative methods may be required

* When MB said payment is expected in May, he then tell the market of the tax issue like he wasn't expecting it.

* When MB spoke of plans to boost H1 production, he then drops the plan like he never mentioned anything

* When MB is supposed to be giving his 100% dedication to Matad, he goes and joins Seascape Energy

Would you wanna trust such man on your investment decisions?

These are facts. These statements are the CEOs own words if you listen back to presentations and Q&As

Rome wasn't built in a day sure, but how many money and sacrifices needed to get to the empire they have become

This is still very early stage and they will require many more fundings in attempt to become the next giant.

It is also true that some of the company decisions have left a bad taste for me and hence my view of the company has changed since.

Mainly the decision of developing THAR change to a Sale of THAR (however neither has had any kind of real progress)

The Northern Zone acreage sale, from 100% ownership to 20%. People can argue however they want strategic wise but for me...Naheed giving away a huge part of the acreage for such a small sum in return left a distaste for me.

The Mega deal was more or less luck and the credit goes to Riversgold in my opinion.

Undeniably, the company prospects have changed.

You guys got sucked into the hype and bought in at 0.09p and now sitting on a massive loss.

It's why you attack anyone that speaks about the uncertainties of the share.

The SP went from 0.015 to 0.090 not too long ago.

These guys are still stuck in the non-revenue generating phrase and still has much to prove

Perhaps people should use this time to listen to the Shareholder Q&A Q2 2024. Many of the spoken projects have made little to zero progress since.

Even the interviewer sounded frustrated with the continuous delays and the scripted responses from Naheed.

It felt like an interrogation at some point and you can literally hear Naheed's voice shaking when being questioned about progress and value realisation.

The interview wasn't a showcase of confidence, it highlighted the lack of preparation, company strategies or any kind of forward plans.

Listening to Naheed getting roasted doesn't really boost confidence for shareholders and potential investors.

In my honest opinion

It really is a sad case that the CEO had promised soooo much but delivered so little.

To further rub salt to the wound of the long term shareholders, he goes and join Seascape Energy for his own personal gains.

This move really showed the character MB really is, and he is not fully committing to the role at Matad.

No wonder the Mongolian Government and a respectable Chinese company such as Petrol China are treated him the way they do.

A total clown deserves just that.

10 years and near £200 million raised. Tons of promises and false dawn, and yet, MB has the face to linger around like a bad smell, total shameless.

Yet, the believers chooses to deny truth. They are loving in denial of the false promises from MB

You guys constantly switch your arguments, from developing THAR to a THAR sale, and then putting THAR on a back burner, only to develop it again once NZ generate income.

You guys agreed that the Pa_kistan projects have been put in the back burner. There has been no progress for years and the focus in now NZ.

NZ? They still have not obtained the ML. How soon can the mining operation start and whether they are able to monetize the gold mine remains an uncertainty.

First you trying to make a point about NZ being the focus and the other projects are a back burner because there has been no progress for any of them.

Then, you try to convince people once NZ bring in revenue then all of a sudden the Pa_kistan projects will be revived and bring in more revenue for the company.

Disagree. The project had always been treated on their own and unrelated to the rest. It was the reason there were a partnership for the hydrogen project, and there is another partner for the Thar, and also another partner for NZ. You also failed to mention a lot of the delays are to do with Geopolitical issues other than cash issues.

Nonsense. The project should be advancing simultaneously. Read through the RNS's, where did it say the other projects have been put on hold to focus on NZ, there isn't.

People would like to know why hasn't there been a farm out deal when MB himself said it was in the final stages and this was some months ago
