I didn't know until just now, but I did question it before, if it's was as simple as they say, then why are they going back to court.

Obviously there are still issues to discuss and sort out, which contradicts to their previous statements.

Statements includes:

"ML in the coming weeks"

"Fast track to revenue"

"Shallow mine" implying it's simple

However, as seen evidently, weeks had past already, and they keep returning to court which is outside of their expectation and go against their "ML secured" statements.

My guess is that this will go quiet for months now that the raise is done.

How could Block release an RNS to give a signal that the work programme would be funded up to £75M, and then shortly after proceed with a raise?

How can PH justify that?

Where is the honour and trustworthiness?

How can investors believe what he says anymore?

Surely the RNS was designed to boost investors confidence by implying the work campaign would be funded, but apparently Block still needs to raise and will they require to raise again in the future?
