Gold mines can value anywhere between £20 million to £100 million market cap depending on the size of mine, grade of gold, how easy to mine and type of JV deals.

One should use their ears, and brain, and heart when deciding what could be true or false.

Let's look at some past statements from the CEO and his actions.

*When MB said 60-70% COS, all wild cat were dusters

*When MB said ongoing JV interests from multiple parties, no deal in the past 10 years

*When MB said exclusivity and support from the Mongolian Government, extensive bureaucratic processes hold ups

*When MB said fully funded, he then raises funds a few weeks later

* When MB said the company needed funds to help the company stay afloat after the COVID period, he got the funds and went and blew it on Gobi wildcat.

*When MB said Gobi evaluated to be a good prospect, it turned out to have no sign of oil

*When MB said H1 flowed at 821bopd, he then choked back the well for a maintained flow rate of 200bopd

*When MB said Heron has millions barrels of oil potential, he then goes bid for the Borzon Block and thinking of moving onto that block instead

* When MB said H1 is a quick easy fix with a cheap sand screen, he then says in the next RNS alternative methods may be required

Would you wanna trust such man when most of what he had quoted never materialises?

The H1 well is the only component that can potentially generate revenue. However, that won't be enough to cover for the company future operations.

Future operational costs will far exceed the projected revenue.

Borzon alone requires £14.9million over the next 8 years. That's without the company running costs and remedy costs for Heron, and Gazelle or Gobi.

Recent calculations suggests H1 is producing 180bopd, flow rate still dropping.

A placing is imminent.

I look at the realistic potentials of a company, the evidence, and trustworthiness all together.

For instance:

ORCP and their JV partnership has materialized. They are on a free carry and the gold project is valued at multiples of the SP with a 4.8 MIllion Oz gold target.

SYM and their recent 20p buyer is a vote of confidence. The d2p environmental friendly products are unique and the can be sold worldwide.

Matad as seen over the years nothing but incompetence and dishonesty from the CEO. The H1 well is the only component that can potentially generate revenue. However, that won't be enough to cover for the company future operations making it not an attractive investment. Most long term-holders are fed up with being misled. I have mentioned this time after time.

Anyone who’s been around aim long enough knows that aim stocks won’t be generating revenue for years. It’ll be raise after raise unfortunately.

For the record, Matd had spent 10 years plus in Mongolia and £174 million to date.

This could be another 'smoke and mirrors' situation until proven. All you need to ask yourself one question, has money received in the Matad bank yet?

H1 is not guaranteed to restore to previous 821bopd levels. In fact, they are struggling to maintain 200bopd.

From recent inventory figures, H1 has been producing 180bopd, so still dropping.
