I'm pretty sure the 50/50 deal with Rumbo was a sweetener to buy the land the tailings are Sat on . It's not a joint venture as such . They let us buy the land but we have to agree to give the half the profits from the gold / sliver we pay all the upfront costs and have to organize it, that's why we haven't started yet. That is from memory so please DYOR but think that was the deal.

I genuinely hope so but my gut feeling is they will wait till at least the 24th when the big boys get there shiny new shares.

I very much doubt the gold will be used for financing for two reasons. A. We only own 50% of the profits of the gold in the deal we did with Rumbo so we could purchase the land some of the tailings are on, that we needed to enable us to open the mine. B. The price of Gold is rubbish at the moment so better to keep that as icing on the cake when the price recovers, an concentrate on the main mine opening. S
