What makes you think they are done selling ? Upto Mon they had sold 1m from the 5m they owned they may still be selling now, 4m to go. From what I remember no need to tell anyone now as sure it's 5% snd every 1% after that. Bet they were just below the 5% but buy backs forced their percentage over the trigger point. Makes you wonder how many funds are lurking just below the notification threshold.

Hi Basil, So I got the div last time on my long holding with IG, but to make others aware if you close your position before the payment date you lose the div, as i found out to my cost. However the funds do hit your account so can be withdrawn but you'll owe that money if you close he positon before Oct. Obvs DYOR However last time it was a couple of grand, by your calculations my account will be £8800 higher this time, 300pp nominal value of £95000 are you sure???? And what about the guy last week who said they had 3000pp WOW

As I've previously offered as an opinion, We don't know the terms of the buy back, Other shares I've held, they have been more forthcoming, and with those buy backs the terms stipulated a maximum % the share price was allowed to move, I imagine to stop accidental share manipulation so if they jumped more than 5% the buy back stop till the next trading day. Today we jumped high in morning and I would speculate we didn't start buying till the price dropped. This is now the new level so 5 or whatever % from here Monday. Obvs DYOR

Any one got info about the transaction venue codes on the RNS'S? Seems to me we started off hoovering them up from 5 places possibly all EIG's different pots now just one, maybe the open market. Pure conjecture I have no info but wondered if others do?

I didn't think they had to? I was under the impression the trigger was 5% and every percentage point after that. They have 10 days to report crossing those thresholds but below 5% they dont need to tell a Soul. Pls correct me, anyone if I'm wrong.
