Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, on delivering sector-leading returns for shareholders. Watch the video here.
If he was real.... not saying he's not, but I personally take everything and everyone with a very large pinch of salt on here. It's great to read the different points of view. But 90% of content on here is complete rubbish!
Really think we'll get passed the overhang this week, I'm thinking 505 .with everything crossed
Don't think anyone knows as RNS just says from 23rd. I read that as, we will be suspended from 8am. But thats just my reading DYOR
As I said, each to their own. I'm not bothered how you invest your money y11, I was trying to correct the statement that you don't get dividends with spread betting, because I have them and now the payment date has passed they have crystalised. I've also never claimed I own shares in Harbour but i still get the dividend. But on your other point, Yes i agree most people lose using spread betting that's a fact, and I have had negative experience in the passed but someone of my income bracket (basic rate tax payer) would never be able to earn the money I have owning real shares.
Pal your deluded, I used to own stock. But to make good money you need to have tens of thousands of pounds or pick a ten bagger, which are like rocking horse poo. I now use betting and that trade your attempting to tease me about made me 20,000 and I'm now back in at a lower entry point ready for the next rise. Think that should get me a few sweeties as you say. Each to their own i say.
That's not true! I have an active IG account and got dividend paid on ex divi date. However if you close that position before payment date they take it back. I sold one of my older positions and lost the divi on that, not bothered as sold @522 and am now back in @ 470.
Not all stocks, ftse closed for the day :-)
Correct, but until we know at what value we can't work out how we will be impacted, I.e if they release new shares at 2.5p nominal value, that's the same as 2 -1! Scaremonger all you like but the real fact is we just don't know.

Yearly dividends
Miles is correct, the markets day RNS stated "Introduction of a dividend policy of $200m (16 pence/share2) annually to be paid in two equal instalments, starting with a final dividend of $100m (8 pence/share2) for 2021 to be paid in May 2022 following shareholder approval"

Thanks, so if I'm reading rules right. They were at 3.88% so we should get an RNS within 2 working days once they pass 3% but nothing after that.
Does anyone know if there's a way to see, live share ownership? Or do we just have to wait for an RNS. Wondering if Bybrook are gone.
Nothings gonna happen till rybrook finish selling, hopefully a good RNS will speed up the process. Then we will get back to 8 /9p. They don't seem to want to sell for less than 5p so that's where we're stuck, 3 weeks to shift 6mil 4 to go, unless we get positive RNS another 2 weeks of watching paint dry, minimum IMO
Yes, made a few hundred on the jb fiasco, Brought average right down by repeated buying, sold at 17p netting £13000 was hoping to buy back in following drop but it kept going up till the big crash, now fully reinvested, sat on £7000 loss @ current price. 100% confident this will rise way passed my average 8p before they go back to court. Will make call whether to reduce holding before court date as nervous after FCA's treacherously last time.
Buy
Thought they had till 2nd Sept to avoid default ??
Ha ha ha ha ha, prolee, you're priceless
Thanks HH I have given up after an hour of reading Sara's rubbish advice. Only thing I learned was money shops scheme ended up paying 4.31% of valid claims.
Sorry, after the court judgment I reinvested but removed this page from my home page, as it was so full of hate and conspiracy theory's I didn't need that in my life. I didn't realise they had sent new emails out to customers. I'll see if I can find a thread with a end date on it.

Watched video and followed link to amigoscheme.co.uk .
It says the "We have written to just over 140,000 customers* during the week commencing 6 June 2021, via email" has anyone on here received, said email? Curious if it contains a close of consultation date,?
