I would bet my last dollar that though turnover of shares on this side of the results is high, as soon as Stilo publishes it results in the following months the share price is most certainly going to plummet down to the 2 pence mark.
Stilo said recently that revenues and profits are going to be lower than their already very low revenues and profits. This does not bode well with any company that has been knocking on the door and promising things for the last 15 years or so.
I reckon they are going to give their normal write up of how they are well positioned to do well in the coming year etc, etc,etc........nothing different to what they have been saying for the last decade or two.
Definitely expect the share price to go up before the results then plummet again once the disappointing yet very predictable results come out from a company who have signed world leading partnerships with world leading companies like IBM and CIsco etc, etc, etc for the last 15 years or so.
The share price has been at these levels for the last 15 years or so and I expect it to stay here for quite a number of years yet no matter what kind of world leading products they bring out.
It does not matter how many customers they have or who these customers are, even if they are the multi national customers like IBM or Cisco. Its what they spend that really matters. Even though Stilo has had contracts and huge write ups about how they have tied up with this company and that company etc, etc, etc, no matter what world leading partnerships they have announced, and no matter what kind of world leading products that they have brought out during the last 15 years or so, their revenues and profits have been so incredibly minute that no matter what management has done during the last decade or two the revenues still remain at a paltry £1.5 million or thereabouts.
Stilo is a very small little outfit with only about 16 people working for it that it will continue to produce very little in the ways of profits and revenues as has always been the case for many, many, many years.
Just read the historic annual results and you will see how predictable these have been for so many years (around 15 years or so).
For this share price to move Stilo would have to do something absolutely incredibly spectacular and this certainly is not going to happen for many years yet if it does happen at all.
