What a load of rubbish. Revenues and profits falling to such pathetic levels just show how pathetic the progress has been for another 12 months. Authorbridge is going to generate significant future revenues. My foot! Of course, it is not going to be launched until later in 2015 now and as I said before it is not going to make any contribution to revenues in 2015. How pathetic. I thought it would make some revenues that were worth the piece of paper their results have been written on but obviously not. What they really mean, just like Stilo Migrate has done since launch in 2008, that the revenues for Authorbridge are going to come in during the next 10 to 15 years time. Just like the pathetic revenues that are being generated by Migrate 6 years on. A pathetic set of results from a pathetic company that is once again promising the world........just like they have done for the last 20 years or so. Sell! Sell! Sell!
Hi Mudbath. Hello again! I hope you are well! I think I am beginning to grasp you consept around buying into a share when it is low and then selling when it is high. I didn't know that until just today. I actually thought that you but when the share is high and then sell when it is low. Then again, that probably explains why I lost a small fortune on this share some years back. I should have bought when it was high and sell when it is high. Sorry! I meant that I should have bought when it it was low and sell when it was high. Is that right Mr Perfect, sorry I mean Mr Mudbath? Anyway, enough of that. But what do you think Mr Mudbath. Do you think Stilo and their revolutionary products will ever create any kind of meaningful shareholder value in say the next 10 to 20 years or do you think this will be a touch too much to ask for from management? Also, do you think management has had enough time to achieve this during the last 20 years plus or do you think they have a good enough reason for not doing this since the 1980s or 1990s or however long it has been? Mr Perfect, sorry, I mean Mr Mudbath do you think this so called "capped cruiser" should stop posting his comments about how dreadful Stilo has been for shareholders for the last 20 years plus and let you keep pumping ill-founded, misleading and wholly inappropriate information within these boards in order to encourage people to buy into Stilo International and in doing so help you increase your share value? The capped cruiser looks forward to hearing you comments but then again I have a funny feeling that you will decide to not come back to me and address these specific points.
It has been very common for a couple of people to buy Stilo shares just before the results are due as has been the case for a number of years. Problem is you get about 4 times the amount of sellers after the results are issued. I expect people will offload in the weeks after the results have been published tomorrow as has been the case, again, for a number of years yet. Mudbath, thanks so mush for that invaluable bit of advice. Thank you! I am now trying to get to grips with the advice that you have given and after I have understood it I will come back to you with a full response. Damn! I thought I was doing something wrong but I just could not fathom what it was until your advice earlier. Nevertheless, leave it with me and once I have had the chance to understand it I will come back to you. Again, thank you for your advice Mudbath. Thank you sir! Thank you!
I anticipate Omnimark revenues to carry on dwindling, Migrate to stay steady, Authorbridge to earn a few dollars during the next couple of years but overall with a little bit of dividend and a reduction in revenues and profiting for 2014, I believe the same will be the case for Stilo in 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018 just like 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013. Finally, no matter how many huge, powerful companies utilise Migrate and Authorbridge, as has proven to be the case with Migrate since 2008, no matter what management does the revenues are going to be very, very small. Best to be frank, honest and open about what has been and will be at Stilo International rather than leading people to bark up the wrong tree.
I thought I would take the opportunity to remind everybody what the wonderful board of Stilo International actually said in their outlook for the company after posting their 2007 year end results many years ago. After all, Stilo are going to reveal their 2014 year end results tomorrow. A lot has happened since 2007 with the great big downturn and everything else. The Conservative Party has even been in power with the Lib Dems and we are now getting ready for another General Election. Anyway this was their outlook for 2008 after posting their 2007 year end results: Having consolidated operations in Europe, we have invested significantly in the development of Stilo Migrate, the world's first on-demand content migration service, due to be released in 2008. We have received considerable early interest in Migrate, and have already won an initial order from a major high-tech customer prior to its general release. With a strong opening order book for professional services in North America, the impending launch of a new, jointly developed solution for the Aviation industry, and the release of OmniMark v9 later in 2008, we look forward to the future with confidence. So what happened with the Migrate product and what happened with Stilo's revenues. Well 2008 came and went and nothing really happened at Stilo, especially with Stilo Migrate. 2009 was over just as fast and again and nothing seemed to have happened on the Migrate front. After posting their 2010 results one could not say Migrate made much progress. 2011 and Migrate generated a few dollars in revenues. 2012 saw a little bit more revenue with Migrate but a lot more revenue was lost in the business elsewhere. 2013 was another year of disappointment both for Migrate and for the company's overall revenues. The jointly developed solution for the Aviation Industry was in the form of Jetview which was abandoned no soon as it was launched. Migrate, having received considerable early interest in 2008 with an initial order with a major high-tech customer has since generated such small revenues that since its launch in 2008 Migrate revenues amount to around £130,000 per year. Yet the revenues lost since 2008 for the company as a whole are a lot, lot more. I have no doubt that this time next week, after the year end results have been digested, everybody can dwell on how incredibly slow and tortuously slow the recovery is going to be for all those investors who have any money in Stilo. On the new Authorbridge product launch , just like with Migrate and Jetview in 2008, the revenues for this is, in my opinion going to be so, so, so incredibly small and miniscule as whatever revenues made here are going to be lost elsewhere for quite a number of years yet.
That link means nothing. You did not ask me a specific question. You have not addressed a specific question to me on these boards. I can't find it from that link so I am not going to apologise for something just for your sake. So somebody may sue me. Ok so that means there are going to be millions and millions and millions of people being sued, doesn't it?
So come on son Polarhare tell the truth and stop telling lies! Tell me where anywhere on the web you have asked me a question? I'm sure we can all find that question or questions. Problem is you lieing git you haven't ever posted any questions for me because if you did they will be in this thread or other threads. So, sorry son your lieing. To my knowledge this is the first ever online chat I have ever had with you. You lieing git
Facts son! Fact! The truth hurts don;t it!! Miserably company with miserable revenues now say that they can;t even report on the date they said. They have had one year to get these figures ready and now have postponed the results by one week to 18 March 2015 Your mate Polarbear son has an invested interest in Stilo and want people to buy its shares so his holdings can go up son!! Tell you what. Give me your savings and I will put them on Stilo otherwise its back to the cave
Well Mr Mudbath in my eyes you have failed and failed miserably. For a person who is trying to encourage everybody else to buy these shares you can't even answer the most basic of questions around the so called revolutionary new Authorbridge launch in terms of launch date and possible revenues. I will answer my own questions in relation to this for everybody's benefit. 1. Authorbridge is likely to be launched within the next few weeks if not sooner. 2. This so called product is likely to generate only the smallest amount of revenue imaginable just like Stilo's revolutionary Migrate service did previosuly. In the first year Stilo will be lucky to get around £70,000 from it. In the second year it will generate about £130,000 In the third year it will be lucky to generate about £170,000 During this time Stilo are going to have all the new additional costs associated with a new product in terms of R&D, staffing costs and all other costs including promotional costs and everything else that goes with it. S why do I think that Stilo are only going to generate this kind of revenue. Well, let me explain. It's easy: Stilo MIGRATE has been about for 6 years or so and after so, so, so much hype and loads and loads of customers, including some massive multi national customers like IBM and Cisco the revenues generated by Migrate has been so, so small and minuscule. Stilo has only managed to generate about £200,000 to £300,000 for this revolutionary product each year no matter how hard they have tried. No matter what world leading partnerships agreements they have managed to secure. No matter what world leading customers and multi national customers Stilo have managed to generate new businessfrom. Authorbridge is only going to offer a little extra revenue on top of Migrate and I can more or less guarantee for a fact that the revenue is going to be nothing worth writing home about. Here's the other bad news: Stilo's revnenues, though so, so incredibly small and minuscule for a company that has been operating and doing it's best for the last 20 years or so, continue to slide and go down. I never thought that there revenues could get any worse then their current £1.5 million but it looks like they will as they have recently lost a big customer in Europe recently. This has been the same old story with Stilo and I have no doubt that no matter what kind of products they launch and no matter what kind of customer wins they get they will have to do something absolutely remarkable and amazing for them to raise their revenues. Something a lot, lot, lot, lot better than Authorbridge, Migtare, Omnimark and Jetview etc to mention a few. Oh yeah....I forgot to mention that revenues from Omnimark continue to slide too and I have no doubt that Omnimark, one of the things that generate revenue for them, will continue to slide as has been the case for many years. So, in closing, Mr Mudbath, i
Stop twisting and turning things around and stop getting people to buy these shares Mr Mudbath. We know you have a vested interest for others to buy these shares because it will help your holding to go up but you have been caught out son. We know you and your wife are on first name terms with your pals at Stilo but Stilo shares are still at a 20 year low and this is where they will remain. Stilo coninue to lose customers and revenues and these figures, though incredibly small for a company that has been about for over 20 years, will continue to slide like they have done for many years now.
Well, Mr Mudbath! It's a simple enough question! How much revenues do you think Stilo are going to generate during the next 3 to 5 years from their so called ground breaking, fantastic, amazing, brilliant, unique, can't wait to get my hand on it new product launch Authorbridge. Management has already said that Authorbridge is be piloted by a major customer! Oh my gosh! Bloody hell! Its is being piloted by a major customer! I can't believe it! I think it's absolutely amazing and incredibly incredulous that Authorbridge is being piloted by a major cuctomer. Surely Mr Mudbath this is going to generate some huge, fantastic, substantial revenues and profits. Or, on the other hand do do think that it is going to be another big, huge, massive bloody flop just like Jetview and Stilo Migrate has been since these were launched. Jetview had a massive write up and management said at the time that it was being piloted by a huge airline company then followed this up with stories about potential revenue here and potential revenue there etc, etc, etc. We all, though, know what happened to this world leading product of Stilo's. It was a complete and utter Flop. Yes Mr Mudbath a complete flop, flop, flop, flop, flop. After all the normal management hype it was only ever sold to one single customer and then it was wrapped up and thrown in the dustbin effectively. Hell did any other company look at it let alone buy it. Another disgraceful waste of money by management Mr Mudbath. Of course, we know what you are going to say, Mr Mudbath, don;t we son! You are going to tell us that it was a fantastic product and still is a fantastic product and give us your normal blah, blah, blah, blah, blah rubbish. Sorry, Mr Mudbath, but it's hard to accept the truth isn't it! I said isn't it!!!! Well' maybe you can tell us what has happened with Stilo Migrate specifically with revenues ad profits! Let's leave the amount of customer's that Stilo has had in the last 6 years or so with Stilo Migrate and let's concentrate on revenues and profits. We all know that Stilo has had lots of new customers year after year after year with there Stilo Migrate product but none f these customers have ever brought in any real serious amount of profit after about 6 years of the product coming out. Stilo has only managed to get around £200k to £300k revenues from their baby Silo Migrate and no doubt that this will be the case for many years going forward. No good then, is it, Mr Mudbath, when this revenue hardly covered the £1.5 million revenue that Stilo has lost since their revenues peaked around £3 million in 2008. No matter what Stilo do with Migrate, as has been the case for many years now, Stilo are never going to replace all their lost revenues and profits in other parts of their business each year with Migrate, Jetview, Authordridge or Omnimark or from revenues in any other part of their business are they Mr Mudbath?? I think there wil
Oh Yeah! Stilo have been saying the following for quite a number of years now: "The global market for dynamically publishing digital content to desktop computers, laptops, tablets and mobile devices is expanding rapidly". Like heck is it! If this was even true in the slightest then Stilo's share price, revenues and profits would not continue diving down as they have been doing and continue to do going forward.
Mudbath so you say that "Capitalisation of the AuthorBridge development costs will be included when Stilo announce on Thursday morning". Dee dumbs...so bleeding what. SO what the costs for Authorbridge will be capitalised. Who wants to know that really. One of the things that I really think needs to be pointed out is the so called major customer who is supposed to be trialling out Authorbridge as I again believe that absolutely nothing is going to come out of this whatsoever. I will give the reason to this. A good few years ago Stilo talked about Stilo Migrate in exactly the same way when they said a major customer was trialling this out. About 5 months later Stilo announced that this so called big customer was IBM. After IBM had trialled their new Migrate product out nothing then happened with this whatsoever apart from IBM recommending it to about 400 of their business units worldwide. What has Stilo then got from the so called 400 business units worldwide ever since. You got it! Nothing! Sod all!Maybe a couple of little babyish orders for a couple of thousand dollars here or there but hardly anything to cover Stilo's overall costs. Like I have said before. You can have the most wonderful people in the world working for you and you can have the most revolutionised products and some of the worlds big customers and partnerships associated to yourself. What nothing of all these will get you is actual sales as has been the case with Stilo. For years on end Stilo have announced a world leading product that they have brought out but as has always been the case the revenues and profits have never come in. My 9 year old son put it to me that if he had a business for 20 years or so and was only managing to produce around £100,000 profit year after year he would be quite ashamed and embarrassed. Thats coming from a 9 year old. What I would add to that is this. If that business then had world leading clever people with world leading clever products I would put my head down a sandpit if it was still only managing to generate the incredibly small and miniscule levels of revenues and profits that Stilo has been producing for as long as I can remember. Not being funny Mudbath but whatever this company did, even if it was about to go so bad and it was going to go bankrupt, you would continue encouraging people that you can get blood out of a stone. This is what happens when you are a private investor in a company. It is natural for you to keep picking this one up and encouraging people to buy when clearly the only way it is going is down. I can more or less guarantee that after Stilo announce their 12 month end results the share price is going to drop again down to the 2 pence level as there are no buyers of this share and there will certainly not be any of these about once Stilo announce their results.
BUSINESS HIGHLIGHTS Like normal we have been able to add a load of new customers to out Stilo Migrate product. We have continued to build new relationships with more business partners just like we have always done. Omnimark sales however continue to slide and we expect this to happen for the next few years going forward. We are launching a brand new product called Authorbride sowatch this space just like you watched our Stilo Migrate product. We have made good progress in 2014 even though our revenues and profits continue to slide. With world leading products and customers and partnerships and new product releases and new exciting opportunities and, and, and, and, and, and, and etc, etc, etc, etc, etc, etc, etc we expect 2015 to be another good year going forward. Hooray!!!!!!!! We hope that in the next 20 years or so we will have something positive to report on but in the meantime we hope that all those unidentified human beings on planet earth will continue to promote and speculate as to how successful we will be as a company with the hope that some silly sods will continue to buy our company shares. We admit that our share price has been at these low levels for so many years that some of our employees have since retired waiting to progress. Our apologies to all those investors and employees who have lost a lot of money buying our shares but “hey presto! Bad bloody luck. We didn't tell you to invest in our company”. Going forward we will continue to launch new products like Authorbridge even though our competitor are doing the same whilst our partnership agreements will also break new ground. Again, though we expect a miniscule amount of revenues and profits from these it is not guaranteed that revenues and profits lost elsewhere is going to be replaced. Just like it hasn't been the case for as long as we care to remember. Anyway, chin up everybody and lets look forward the future just like we have been doing for the last 20 years or so.
Me and my 9 Year old son have pleasure in announcing the Year End Results of Stilo International. Revenues £1,400,000 Profits £120,000 Maintenance Revenues £680,000 Research and Development £450,000 Cash Position £1,125,000 Final Dividends 0.04 pence per share NB: Sorry investors but we have not been able to increase our revenues or profits to an acceptable level for a company that has been listed on the London Stock Exchange since 1999. We cannot say whether or not we will be able to achieve this but we would like to assure all our beleaguered investors that we are trying. Every 2 to 3 years we launch new products such as Stilo Migrate, Jetview, Omnimark and now Authorbridge etc but just like we have done for the last 20 years or so this is not going to guarantee us any new revenues. We would also like to address some concerns that have been raised in some chit chat boards about the viability and future of our company and would like to say the following: As a company that has at the forefront of digital publishing for as long as we can remember we have and will continue to try our utmost to generate new revenue and profits by launching new world leading products with the intention of increasing revenues and profits. We understand that some unidentified humans being on planet earth will continue to speculate and honk up our potentials (mudbath). All we will do as a company is launch new world leading products with some of the leading world companies like IBM and Cisco together with partnerships with the likes of Astoria, SDL and Just Systems etc. Though these will generate some additional revenues and profits these will not replace current revenues and profits that we continue to lose in other parts of our business. Currently there has been a lot of speculation and hype (mudbath) around our new product launch Authorbride. We can confirm that just like our world leading Migrate product which has now been around for about 6 years Authrbridge is not going to generate a lot of additional revenues and profits just like Migrate has not been able to in the last 6 years or so. We as a company understand that Migrate is our baby and we were expecting big things from this but after years of trying we have only been able to generate about £200,000 to £300,000 revenues with Migrate on a yearly basis. We expect the same with Authorbrdige going forward for the next few years whilst losing substantial business in other parts of our business. BUSINESS HIGHLIGHTS Like normal we have been able to add a load of new customers to out Stilo Migrate product. We have continued to build new relationships with more business partners just like we have always done. Omnimark sales however continue to slide and we expect this to happen for the next few years going forward. We are launching a brand new product called Authorbride sowatch this space just like you watched our Stilo Migrate
I lost a small fortune on this outfit a few years ago and even then some people were deliberately hying this one up back then. Let me be very clear! There has been numerous deliberate yet always misleading suggestions that Stilo can be acquired and this has been based on nothing other than somebody wanting to deliberately mislead others. This share is not going to be acquired just like it has never been acquired by anybody. Not IBM! Not Cisco! Not SDL! Not Not Astoria! Not anybody! It is very misleading and wrong for one to simply say this is possible the reason the share price has gone up. Well, the true fact of the matter is that the share price has simply gone up because it has gone down to such a miserable current low level that the only way it could go was to move up slightly from these historic low level. I have heard for many years people without any foundation other then just personal reasons making such suggestions and no doubt just like it has never transpired before Stilo is never going to be considered by any organisation in terms of being bought out.
More or less the same management team has been about for the last 20 years or so with the exception of a couple of them. The fact of the matter is, be it 20 years, 15 years, 10 years, 5 years, the present or the past I can guarantee that the share price of this pathetic company is going to be in exactly the same place for the next how many ever years. Management has given out the same rubbish year in, year out . Nothing is going to happen to this share price just as it has not happened during the last 20 years. The past is normally a very good indicator and apart from a couple of people buying these shares just watch how they will plummet as soon as the very predictable and pathetic results come. Just like management has said for the last how many ever years they will again say that things are doing absolutely great and that the company is making fantastic progress. The fact of the matter is that revenues and profits, that are already so small for a company that has been going for 20 years plus are going to be even lower. If you really want to invest your money its best for you to invest in a green grocers.
Management is going to say at their current 12 month end that business is doing so bloody great just like it has never done during the last 25 years or so. Its the job of Stilo management to say that business is doing s, so, so bloody great when in fact they are simply putting a plaster on all the cracks.
Many years ago I lost a small fortune on Stilo shares and at the time management was going on about exactly the same things that they go on about now: World leading products; world leading partnerships; world leading customers; and world leading absolutely everything. Roll the clock forward many years later and guess what management are going on about: exactly the same old rubbish that they have been feeding the market for the last 20 years plus. After so many years of trading they should be honest to all potential shareholders not tell them things and cover things up that are not true. This time round they go on about a product called Authobridge and how they have a world leading company trialing it......Oh wow!!!!!!! Oh my god!! A world leading company trialing a new product out that happens to have the name Authorbridge.........So bloody what!!!!!!!!!! What about their world leading product Migrate? Was a world leading company not trialing that out? A company called IBM? A company that never spent any real kind of money with Stilo? A company that trials products out with thousands of small, miniscule companies so that IBM can get them for free? Stilo launched Migrate many years ago and what revenues does in or has it earned so far in real terms? You got it!! Barely pennies with management now saying that their overall revenues are going to be even smaller than what they are already earning. Lets look at another product that was launched many years ago called Jetview which management said too was a world leading product with a world leading customer. Is it the same product that never sold to anybody and was simply sacked of their books? You got it! Of course it was. Dig deeper and lets look at one of their other big babies Omnimark. What revenues does this bring in after about 25 years of being about? You got it!! Barely nothing! Only about £700,000 licence sales which are barely enough to pay for overheads. What other products do Stilo have? You got it!! Barely nothing!! Anything else that they were doing they had to close down because they could not make any money from it. Lets look at Stilo's huge massive world leading customers like IBM and Cisco etc, etc, etc!! How much revenues do these and all of their other world leading customers bring in and have brought in over many, many, many years? You got it!! Barely pennies!! Lets look at all the world leading partnerships that they have had and currently continue to have. How much money do these bring in? You got it! Barely anything. Just a few pennies here and there!! What is Stilo going to offer any potential investors? You got it!! Absolutely nothing! Nothing whatsoever! Maybe they will offer them such an incredible amount of miniscule dividend amounting to about £3.50 to £15.00 quid.Bloody wow!!! How is management going to cover up their nearly 25 years of failure? You got it!! You bloody got it!! They are going to say in their 12 month end
This juke box can go on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on. Least this juke box will hit the right notes unlike some others!!!!!!!!!!!
