Cosworth - look, this is very simple! It's a discussion board...discussing the share price is part of that.
AIM shares fall in to 2 main categories - undervalued and overvalued. Prem falls in to the former category... agree or disagree?

I was happy with last night's interview. I had no expectation of blockbuster news... all I was looking for was confirmation that everything was on track and GR confidently confirmed that. Don't think that he has ever done this before but he gave us a specific date of 15th Feb to have the mine completed... I was impressed.
Like some others, I think the RUS is closer than we think.
As for RHA and other bits and pieces, I can't see much of a spend on these and are definitely NOW tiny in comparison to Zulu.
For me, one of the key questions was about the sp... I agree with GR that Prem is currently undervalued... given the progress being made on Zulu, I think we should be way higher... I'll stick with my prediction that the sp will hit 1p this year... if progress continues, I think we should hit 1p sooner. AIMHO

Well, he certainly does some interviews after some RNS's are issued but not sure that I would assume that this interview was going to be following an RNS... the interview was organised weeks ago. I'm more interested in what he has to say tonight - confirmation of progress announced previously will be excellent.
I'd prefer an RNS after 1st September which confirms an investment from another 3rd party... that would be excellent news too.

Profit - I was thinking more that there isn't the usual unofficial leaks of info through your friend and mine. I wouldn't be at all surprised if there's something brewing BUT my hope is that we don't see any further deal for Zulu or Prem with Suzhou. I'd be happy for another partner to come on board, especially, if that means that work can accelerate on some of the EPO area.

Am I right in thinking that there's some sort of radio silence from Prem until next weel?

The sp has suffered long enough from GR's idiosyncrasies but he has been surprisingly disciplined for quite a while now... if he can keep the good news coming with progress on Zulu and avoid any missteps then we'll fly. The fact that he has got a load of expert contractors on board is great... they all have the incentive to deliver well with the prospect of some role in the EPO area. For me, that's the real prize... from memory, it is 57 times the size of Zulu.

It seems that folks are buying/adding in the hope or expectation that we'll see some action once Suzhou's exclusivity period is up... if some are trading and have sold since the peak on Monday, they'll be back again before the month end, if not back 2 or 3 times.
The hurdle that the market has to get over is GR's track record of delivery and, whilst it may have been unwise to prematurely say that Zulu would be producing even earlier than expected, there are signs that Prem and its contractors are getting the job done. If/when there is a change of sentiment, the sp will soar... I think we're beginning to see that change in sentiment.
At least 1p will be hit this year if GR keeps delivering. AIMHO!

Acker - you'll know that my prediction of 'nothing much happening around here for a while' has been proved quite wrong!!! I think that I still did say 1p this year though!!!

Are we now seeing my much-hoped for tipping point? Once the market accepts that concrete progress is being made, this will soar much higher than the current sp.

If either Suzhou or some other big buyer is in the market, it will rocket beyond 1p easily. Have to say, as I've said before, I don't want GR to sell too soon or too cheaply. If all goes well, PREM will be worth billions once they get stuck into the EPO area... that is the real prize.

Positivity is great - Prem still need an awful to go right without any issues or hold-ups before they can get anything out of the ground. I don't think the progress on the mine or assay results will make much of an impact on the sp until much later in the year. At this stage, Prem is still too much of a risk for institutional investors. Meantime, markets in general are going to drag due to the war in Ukraine, the global slowdown and western countries going into recession. Most professional fund managers are either taking money off the table or looking for a safe haven.
Prem trading volume is low and I think that the sp could trade between 0.25 and 0.32 for another few months... if GR is still on track and we're seeing positive assay results then we'll see fireworks later in the year. I'll stick my neck out and suggest 1 by the end of the year. The exception to this is whether Suzhou or anybody else makes a move. AIMHO!

johnnypc - it is a bargain price but I'm still concerned that there will be more of a drift for a while yet.

Pretty depressing news on interest rate rises and the UK falling into a long recession through to the end of 2023. If that is repeated across the world then it does seem that we'll continue in a bear market for months yet.

Yes Acker! I hope that GR is not going to wait until next Spring before he gets this going. I'd be supportive of getting some funding to get this moving come 1st September. It would be a very good move to bring in another partner other than Suzhou.
There's a risk that GR has hemmed himself in with the Suzhou arrangement, and clearly, they're not giving GR any flexibility... break that dependency by bring someone else in!

Johnnypc - I think the market is looking for an unambiguous update with positive news that is solidly tight. Unfortunately, GR doesn't seem able to deliver. I don't think that today's update was going to put rocket fuel in to the share price anyway but we're now wondering why Suzhou are not paying the full amount expected and when the full amount will be paid and what conditions need to be met to get that payment. We're wondering what the management agreement is going to be - in fact, why is there a management agreement... the mine is Prem's mine, they're not managing on behalf of anyone else (am I missing something?).
I'm not going to suggest that any of the above are going to hinder getting to production next Spring but, for me, the sp reaction is still heavily influenced by the GR factor.

It isn't clear whether Prem have received 18m in this payment or 18m in total to date. And there's no indication when the balance will be paid. Clearly Suzhou don't trust handing it all over to GR in one go. Or, perhaps, they're holding the balance back until the management agreement has been negotiated and agreed.
It's never straightforward with GR.

SK, perhaps it would be worth your while reviewing how much money GR raised over the years specifically for a DFS. And, perhaps, it would be worth finding out how many times GR publicly stated that he had enough money to complete a DFS. You might also want to ask what he spent the money on apart from Circum, which wasn't tactical brilliance!

The multibag potential has always been there (even before the granting of the EPO) - I just see the pilot mine as taking a different route to that. For me, GR should have ensured that he had funds for both the pilot mine, the DFS and more exploritary work in the EPO area. I don't think the current situation was as a result of a tactically brilliant move and one could argue that he's hemmed himself in and can't do much on the DFS or the EPO area for quite some time. We are where we are though!
