Meanwhile, I’m stuck with 116K shares at 82p in this s**ts**w of a share - will I ever see a positive return, yet alone my money back.

I genuinely can’t see an end to the endless spin that’s put on the performance of Beauty and Nutrition that hides the p**s poor management.

Why can’t they see it - the city certainly can!!!!!

LTI here, and still holding out for a return on my not unsubstantial holding.....BUT at the end of the day, Turnover is VANITY, and only PROFIT is SANITY (not EBITDA), and the company just doesn't seem to be able to make one at all, yet alone one that is meaningful.

Even a relatively newcomer Applied Nutrition, given the same Whey headwinds, is able to, so why can't we when the Beauty division is apparently doing so well, not able to do so?

I think that the 'city' doesn't trust him, and I can't afford to take a £50K loss, so I'm left believing that we will turn the corner, but I'm beginning to think it might be another 2 years before some value is realised - i.e. £1.00 per share.

Thoughts anyone ?

Last year it was the 20th January 2025 for Q4 update, so another couple of weeks or so I would guess ?

I’ve seen the light and finally filtered ‘stanleyb’ as I’m fed up of his negativity, be he a shareholder or not - by the way, I’ve got 112K shares at an average of 84p so up to my armpits in the s**t.

I want to believe that this is undervalued and believe in the SOTP potential now we are not supporting the vanity project that was THG Ingenuity (he f*****d us over good and proper on that one)

Surely, if a relative 'minnow' and 'newbie' to the nutrition industry, like AN, can grow it's share of the market, and at the same time increase it's prices, why haven't MyProtein been able to do it - or is it just that they have decided on a strategy not to, when it obviously does work.

This would help increase profitability and cashflow enormously if they applied the same strategy as AN; Thoughts anyone ?

Point Z - how do you know he was still up to his old tricks so recently as June - just interested, as I have written this shareholding off.

How can anyone still believe that a major company is willing to integrate 5-8 year old technology / data processing, as it will be so out-dated by now........that in itself beggars belief that people still hope for a pay-out !!

Conclusion

The June 3 hearing is a watershed moment for Evraz shareholders. A successful foreclosure is likely to permanently sever non-Russian shareholders' economic links to Evraz’s Russian operations, converting any surplus auction proceeds into cash but leaving the core assets in domestic hands. Even if foreclosure fails, trading and dividends remain frozen under UK sanctions and Russian ESO suspensions, perpetuating a state of legal and financial limbo.

Bottom line: Stripping out Russian assets alone won’t lift the sanctions or trading suspension on existing Evraz plc. Only a full corporate restructuring (spinning off the non-Russian businesses into a stand-alone, sanction-free successor) could realistically restore trading, and even that would require many months of intricate legal and regulatory work. I hope I'm wrong, but Shareholders should prepare for a new era, focusing on the remaining non-Russian assets, potential cash proceeds and active engagement in the geopolitical and corporate governance processes that will determine Evraz’s future.

In all the years I’ve unfortunately been conned into putting money into this company (certainly not investing), I have always been able to access the website, so all I’m pointing out is that this might be a sign of the end game for Amit, in that he’s run out of excuses - hope I’m proved wrong, but that’s only a 1% hope as far as I’m concerned 🙏🙏🙏

Rock8 - I’m not a muppet bud - I’m merely pointing out that there may well have been no ‘Group’ profit, but it did not itemise Beauty, Nutrition and Ingenuity’s individual profits, did it, and that’s what we need to see. That’s my point.

All that THG have ever reported is EBITDA, and we’ve never seen what the Net Profit of the 3 constituent companies was, so I hope that under more onerous reporting requirements for FTSE250 companies, we can finally make a more accurate valuation of THG using Net Profit as the starting point……..then we might be able to discuss share buy-backs and dividends 🤔
