I'm sticking with RemainCo for what it's worth, as I'm not convinced about the future of Ingenuity which is in a crowded market space and, in reality, has little in income outside of RemainCo.

Rob9967 - are you a significant/small shareholder, and if so are you part of the 'Group Action' as you seem to be in direct contact with Amit, and would be very useful to the group if you are ?

B3ast - I agree with your sentiment, and I have written off this investment.

I haven't joined the 'class action' that is calling for an EGM, as I don't believe that Amit (a) will be concerned in the slightest, and (b) doesn't have the funds to repay shareholders regardless.

Number of employees 7,291 (2023)

So they will be left with c.3,300 at Beauty and Nutrition ?

Totally clutching at straws, but could the 'market-makers' be deliberately keeping the price low in order to make big gains when the three companies go their separate ways ?????

Embarrassing or not, it represents a value of £350M so with the attaching debt I believe it’s an appropriate valuation, given where we are at unfortunately ☹️

…….30p is the maximum we will get I think, but to be honest I’m willing to take the hit and then reap the long-term rewards though the ‘cash generative’ THG Beauty / THG Nutrition divisions, either through re-rate / dividends, or sale to the highest bidder 🤔🤞👍

Hi - LTH here with over 100,000 shares and personally I would take 30-35p to get Ingenuity out of THG as it is a vampire, sucking the life blood out of Nutrition and Beauty with its constant capex requirements.

Just look at Warpaint, with a market cap of £440M and sales of only £45M, albeit it is profit making and produces good levels of EBITDA - just think what the two remaining elements of THG would be worth once Ingenuity is no longer on the scene🤔

Just one other thought; A capital Markets day for Autostore is being held at THG tomorrow……….could they announce that they are going to finance the de merger. Probably you think I’m on drugs I know, but…….

I note that we are still not part of the new constituent companies as of the 24/08, so I’m not sure what is stopping us being part of it, as we certainly have the market capitalisation despite the s**te share performance.

Could it be that they are still working on the split of the 3 divisions (remember that they say they have spent £15M already in this, supposedly) and possible listings on the US market?

I live in hope eternal - fingers and toes crossed that the 3rd quarter update is positive, and that the share gains some momentum from that point onwards.

Never have I seen a share with so much purported ‘good news’ flowing, that is continually having its share price dragged down. We can’t even blame the ‘shorters’ as they have reduced their positions this year🙈

Role on the Peel Hunt ‘sum of the parts’ valuation, and the reflected share price of somewhere north of the £2 mark, or am I still deluded 🙈🙈🙈

I have sent the following email to IR, in the vain hope I get a response: -

"I and many other individual investors are coming to the end of our tether, as we have been promised on numerous occasions over the past 2 years, both strategic updates, and the timescale for the movement to the main market.

Please could you advise Mr Moulding of our frustration that the company is not forthcoming on these matters, as it is nearly 2 years since we had the rejection of the offer at £1.70 that ‘significantly undervalued the company’.

This is a public company, and not a private one, and it would appear that Mr Moulding is paying lip service to the PI’s while keeping the larger institutional investors in the loop, as they would also be making demands on the company to get the share price re-aligned to its ‘sum of the parts’ valuation.

The courtesy of a reply to this request would be greatly appreciated."
