Toffers, I'm no expert on these things but I remember being in Bellescura/Tek when they were making applications during covid for the testing of their equipment with the US Drug Medical Equipment regulators, they put out an rns to say everything had been submitted all boxes ticked then down the line put out another rns to say that they hadn't provided enough devices something to do with quality control I guess which did cause a delay, it ended well but because they hadn't read the small print they kept shareholders updated and were honest enough about the delay in obtaining the approvals. I would suggest if HE1 hadn't submitted everything needed first time around which would cause a delay it would most definitely have to be notified in an rns, so MHO is nothing to worry about.

10,000m of extra drilling at .......nobody mentioning the average cost per meter. There are several different methods for sample core drilling the cheapest being rotary air blast although this doesn't give great samples but you pay for what you get this normally works out on average between $12 and $20 per m give or take. So with 10,000m of drilling......you guys do the sums but if this method isn't suitable the average price per m starts to creep up. Simple question how are they paying for this when they already warned that a placement might be on the cards if no JV done.
