@cj what she did is already dumb. She got shares at .20, the price today is less than .11 if she knew about a placement and was ultra confident in the future of the company, why not actually take part in the placement of buy on the open market and get a huge amount more shares for the same money. Does it really make financial sense to pull a stunt like she did?

Its all well and good saying they mug small retail investors, most of them do this to survive but on this occasion they also mugged a one of their own directors. Imagine somebody agreeing to take shares at a premium to the existing sp in lieu of being paid for services and then they do a placement shortly after. If anybody has been mugged it's got to be Liz Henson, nobody in their right mind would have done a deal like that if they had the knowledge that a placement was on the way

This really is so funny, we've had the usual banging on how they loaded up, we've had Hancook over the line in weeks which was weeks ago, we've still got Charles Archer being paid to ramp this and he must feel like a mug if he actually did buy any shares several weeks back. One positive to take, they've been honest that this 600k won't last long if they don't get Hancook over the line. DYOR but the writing is on the wall, time is running out.

Well nobody can say they haven't told us in advance of the next placement if I was Liz I'd be furious, they clearly kept her in the dark on this, poor woman being treated like this, either this or she's plain dumb

The AA deal was better. If the BOD pump any deal that is worse than the AA deal they should all be sacked. If they messed up the AA deal they should be sacked. If AA have pulled the rug than we should have been told.

Liz must be kicking herself, what a muppet, surely the directors could have loaded up at this placement price. That would have really instilled confidence. Did any directors buy in on this one?

Flatliners - .06 may be a bit too much of a discount but you have to remember Max has been loading up. You have to ask yourself why would Max be loading up if there was going to be a placement at .06, it would be crazy, deluded to do that and lose so much money over and over again, don't forget Liz taking shares at a premium, I can only think that she either thinks getting these shares is a wise move or UFO don't have the money to pay her so she had to no other option.
