Quickly change the subject, you've been told so do not be disappointed, we will not be mining now so forget roads being built, forget port agreement being signed and forget hitting the Q1 2025 ore on ship target. So now enlighten me as to why I should buy more shares.

So I guess Max is laying the ground (pardon the pun) instead of ufo laying the ground for the access road to be built by the end of September with first shipment of ore Jan next year. 😉 I'm afraid to say it but coming good on what was previously in an rns takes priority on a hoped for JV that might never come. JV's have been on the table for too long now, how many more years and more placements will you give this company until they actually deliver on something. The desperation is clear, actually encouraging ppl to buy in again and again same old as a few weeks back encouraging ppl to buy because the sp was going to bounce back, because news is imminent, because hancook is weeks away. The markets and big money investors do not believe a word of it.

There has been no contract awarded to Regroup because there has been no FID as yet. They may be the preferred contractor but it really is misleading to say our contractor until the contract has been awarded which it hasn't.

Investors were told FID would come, it hasn't, investors are now being told Hancook over the line is weeks, or JV in weeks, the point is they simply cannot keep kicking everything down the road. Silver is going nowhere fast so EH has gone quiet despite the money spent to date and now they want to drill more holes at depth, who is paying for all these extra holes and lab tests? Like I keep saying September is D -day, they've either turned this around or they will get hammered, sp is dropping day on day on a few sells, just imagine where it will be on tens of millions of sells.

Max have Regroup been appointed after a successful tender or are you just making it up when you call them our contractor?

Have to agree about not knowing what actually is at depth with regards to the ore but what they fail to say is that in order to realise the true value of at depth they haven't got the money to drill and then pay labs. Am I missing something here, do they really think that shareholders will give them even more time and more money to continue to pay themselves handsomely whilst they drill even more holes. I don't think so. We've been told Hancook over the line in weeks, that was said a couple of weeks ago, how many weeks we don't know but perhaps they should have said months instead 🤣

September it is Wents, no JV or road and no money coming in Q1 from ore sales. Plenty of ppl holding up to 100 million who are prepared to dump. I know it's not a huge amount but you only have to look at how the sp is now to know that a sustained dumping will hammer the sp. Up to them how they play it now.

Max I admire your positivity but to be honest with you this type of interview/discussion is not going to attract real investors the last paid for presentation has done nothing to attract any decent money, and done nothing for the sp. Such a shame that the BOD, through their own making, are now looking so so desperate. They are coming across like someone who has fallen through the ice desperately trying to find a way out before they drown. We all know what is needed, an RNS announcing lucrative JV done and dusted or work on access road to commence on xyz July/August. if they can't deliver on any of these it is over regardless of the potential of what is in the ground.

Max, serious question mate, you were posting Hancook weeks away from being over the line, how many weeks will you give them before you even question their integrity and ability to deliver?

There won't be any Gamestop shanigans going on here lol. I wouldn't throw another penny in here ,made the mistake a while back at another top up at .17 and that went well. Was hopeful that I could trade that little tranche but not looking so clever now 😂

Half expected an RNS this morning on the CLN, still time to drop one in later.

Pingu I don't think anyone will have invested any reasonable amount based on what Max has said. Very soon we will hit the point when even Max may to admit we were sold a dud. I admire his resolve to keep pumping away but the time has come now where this lot cannot hide. They are in control of the timescales now, we aren't experiencing delays because of covid, the labs are back to normal, there's no travel restrictions, so we were told an access road will be built, we were told the port allocation is in place and we were told ore on ship next Jan.

They cannot afford to miss these dates, any delays and they are finished unless they announce JV over the next 3 or 4 weeks.

No news, no road started and the big share dump starts.

Look at how a few million dumped can damage the sp now think how tens of millions continuously dumped over a week, it will decimate the sp and hurt the BOD.

It's up to them how this now plays out. Paying Archer to write another article won't fix it, it has to be a JV or work on the access road or its over.

CJ serious question how you going to be on this come September if there is no JV and no work on the access road?

Play nicely CJ and Wents, we all want the same thing but if it all goes belly up come September I'm so looking forward to seeing how the chief spin doctors are going to make things look good. Soon, weeks away, over the line, shortly, JV on table will not cut it. I'd put money on it that we won't see our mate Max for dust come the end of Sept if we don't have a JV bagged or diggers building an access road. Remember folks Hancook over the line is weeks away.

Tangodog that works out well as far as a few of us are concerned because come the end of September if nothing good has come there will be a large number of shares dumped. if that happens the sp will crash and that will seriously mess up any plans they might have had to do yet another placement. Dumb HNI's are running out, savvy investors only need to look at what happens after each placement to know they won't get their money back. History tells us that, so more dilution is becoming increasingly difficult as the fools and their money become less and less.

Hopefully all their tireless work will come good and as we're continually being told hancook is only weeks away.

Slimy Shem might think he pulls the strings here but let's get real, we know the market cap, we know there are much better run companies than this that have shed loads of dollar, this could be taken out for peanuts. If that doesn't fit his agenda then there could be a nice little bidding battle......who knows but its all just diversion like the silver, palladium and lithium. Yes these are nice to have but they are long term earners which will not fix the immediate issues of cash flow and market sentiment. The only thing that is going to light a fuse under the sp is a very quick lucrative JV or we see diggers start working on the access road. We've been hearing about JV's for how long now? Nobody actually believes a word they say but what they have said is that the road will be built and ore will on a ship Jan next year. We all know if there is no road construction started by end of August there won't be any ore money coming in early next year. That will be it then with a JV which we were told was weeks away. Another week done, how many weeks is it until it becomes months away or years away.

Q3 is make or break and they know it. If they haven't got any real positive news before mid September they are plucked. If the access road construction hasn't started by end August/early September they are plucked. There's no hiding now, they either deliver or they are bombed out. You watch the dumping of shares come end of September if they fail to deliver a JV or haven't started works on the access road which is a necessity to mine. They can't hide now.

That can't happen Wents going from Q3 to Q4 there are enough shareholders with 10's of millions of shares ready to dump the lot come September, it will hurt a little but it will hurt others more. You look at what happens when just a few million are dumped. We are another 5% down today, when 40, 50, 60 million are being dumped imagine what will happen then and the BOD only have themselves to blame. September is a little while away but that date is penciled in as no going back. No news by then and I don't mean a repeat of what is known, or a we are working very hard still RNS, no news of a JV signed, no news on access road construction and the sp will be destroyed. Fingers crossed.

Totally agree with that Wents but come September if this is not looking good there's going to be many tens of millions of shares dumped in a short period of time and it will be interesting to see how that goes down with the BOD, possibly they will be too bothered as hardly any of them have put their own money into here.

I'll happily take a hit just to laugh in the face of those that continue to believe that the titanic won't sink.

Hopefully this won't happen but we'll soon see.

On a positive note AJ there won't be any performance bonus shares handed out. Always look on the bright side, every cloud has a silver lining. 1 to 5 of the conditions of the performance shares runs out 21/12/24 with the remaining one, which is for a million ton of ore exported runs out Dec 26. Clock ticking, they could still do it but if I was one of them I wouldn't be relying on this to get the Christmas pressies.
