Wents they can't afford to say FID before Q2 now, if they come out with that the markets will see right through them, it will destroy the sp, more kicking down the road, they are in a tough place right now, no news and its a slow decline news like delaying the FID news and its a crash.

Is this deal you keep banging on about Max a couple of weeks from today, last week, next week, next month or is this cat weeks like each week is about 3 or 4 months lol.

5x5 lol Max isn't on the BOD mate. He knows as much about timescales as the rest us, soon, shortly, close, like EH being supposedly fast tracked but no dates.

The good thing is we do have dates first shipment of ore Q1 2025, access road construction August at the latest and port allocation agreement needs finalised Oct 1st. Let's see how they do hitting those dates. If they fail then this is all over. the sp will be zilch. Fingers crossed they come good.

Max will you take a gentleman's agreement, if there are no results by the end of this month which you are banging on about will you agree to take six months off pumping this, and if results do arrive by the end of the month which I do not think they will, I'll take six months off. Over to you pal.

I hope I am being over concerned on the port mou, but let's not forget port allocation is necessary for shipment of ore so we don't want excuses of no room for any of our shipments. Anyway they set the dates and those of us who keep an eye on these things should at the very least expect updates on these at the time 👍

alien metals as per previous rns (30th aug 2023) has selected rapid crushing & screening contractors pty ltd ("rapid crushing") as its preferred supplier to undertake the crushing and screening operations at the flagship han**** iron ore project. have they now walked because when you read this latest rns it reads like this "engineering and transport logistic disciplines remain well advanced and scoped for mining, crushing, road haulage, and port loading, with the intent to further develop them and move towards a tender process." previous rns's certainly made me think that all of this was in place but perhaps it isn't. as for the port allocation they will lose this if everything isn't signed up by october 1st. if the conditions on mou for port allocation are not met by this date they will not be exporting any ore early next year as per the rns of the 28th nov 2023.

More cut and paste from the last hancook RNS. No mention of access road construction still being on track for work to start July/August, no mention as per previous RNS's regarding first shipments of ore in Q1 2025, no mention of port allocation tp be all agreed and signed by October which is the deadline in previous RNS. Perhaps there is no need to update on those matters because everything is on track still however those dates will arrive shortly so the next few RNS's will either confirm all of this or be full of excuses. We'll soon see.

Wents as far as I'm concerned there's a lot of talk of JV's but we've heard that for years, yes it would be great but it's only talk. The BOD have given dates for certain things to be delivered, FID, access road construction, finalise the port allocation agreement etc. They cannot put these important steps on hold because they might sign a JV and even if a JV is signed it's going to have to provide an immediate substantial amount of cashflow especially if the JV kicks production down the road for a few more years. I'm afraid that if things don't materialise over the next couple of months the sp will be destroyed. Fingers crossed they can deliver on what they said they would.

Max there's no doubting the equipment has changed so much over the last few years however in order to put these on site you used the word "drive" and in order to drive one of these things to the site we need the access road. July is quickly coming and then we will be at crunch time in August, October they need to sign the dots on the port allocation agreement or they will lose it, so there's still plenty of action needed to achieve Q1 2025 first shipments of ore.

These articles paid for or not are doing zilch for the market interest in ths potential of UFO, you can write as much want but nobody is buying it. Action is what is needed, news on the access road construction, the FID, confirmation that port allocation is still on track etc etc.

No FID CJ because they want to change the goal posts. The FID needs to drop, it's in their hands whereas a JV is hoped for but certainly not guaranteed. Its a bit like them saying they're not building the access road or signing up for the port allocation in October. Yeah a JV that starts mining as per the time frames they have set and generates dollar in Q1 next year would be great but they simply cannot delay delivery on the other stuff because of more jam tomorrow through a hoped for JV. They set the dates they now have to deliver or the markets will crucify them over the coming months.

One date for keeping in mind 1st October this year the MOA with Pilbara Ports expires on this day if nothing is agreed for the use of the port for export of 1.25 Mt per year from Q4 2024. Everything needs pulling together now and the clock goes tiktok. Like a bomb ready to explode in a good or bad way nobody knows.

Realistic post haddock but I hope you are wrong on another two years to production of ore. What a waste of money that would be paying for port allocation and not actually having a ship to fill with ore. Even this lot wouldn't be so stupid to waste money doing that.

Totally agree Wents there is still time for them to actually come good on the FID, that's a big problem for them as they set their own timescale so they are in control of that, same as road construction and first iron exports Jan next year. It will be interesting to see if this doesn't happen how the forever optimists put a positive spin on that, will it be still in jv talks 😉 or more jam tomorrow. I'm not buying all this jv nonesense as I've seen plenty of rns in other places when companies have entered into a firm JV discussion but not named the other party. We'll soon see but as we know the clock is ticking.

Serious question come the end of September if no road construction, no FID and no JV signed does anybody actually believe we will be generating income as per the previous statements made by the company. No money no income due how long to the next placement. This question is based upon timeliness and statements made by the company that can be verified within their RNS announcements.
