We've just had an rns Max as was expected prior to the non discussions that Alien have helped to sponsor. Anymore rns this week, unless it's a buyout at 20x current sp or a JV worth millions then the sp will be crucified.

Some might think that this is diversion tactics to move the focus away from progress on the iron ore and silver at EH. This latest news is positive but let's not forget it's not a game changer and in the short term it might keep the lights on for a while, the only thing that's going to move this is the road being built (according to Max July) and a JV on the ore with first shipment Jan 25. If that doesn't happen then there are major problems and it could be another COPL or Sirius.

I'm not stressing until end August, if no significant positive news by then and no construction work started on the road then happily take a hit and cut my losses. They still have time to pull this together so let's see what happens over the next few weeks and months

Not too fussed by the sp just yet but it's interesting to see the spread tightening up, always a good sign.

@Max I won't go as low as you with your utter nonesense and I certainly do not feel the need to stick my chest out telling ppl I do not know how many shares I have held for over 4 years now. If you think back a few years I told you in advance of a placement you completely dismissed it and then remember what happened the next day, oh yes there was a placement. As always Max you go into panic mode anytime someone isn't as overly excited as you are. How about some truths about why we haven't found a half decent CEO which was meant to have happened by let's say end of January, what's happened to that? How about an update on mining licence in an RNS, how about an update on timescales for the road that needs building in an RNS, not a flipping tweet about silver future prices.

Good luck with that one Nap, according to WHI (same crew who calculated UFO fair value) fair value for ARV 5.2p and Upside Valuation 11.2p hope it comes good for you personally I wouldn't put any weight on what WHI have to say after they downgraded UFO fair value from 2.7p to 2.3p despite a little bit of positivity.

Not so sure about $50 an ounce question has to be how flipping high does it have to go before EH is opened or someone comes in and buys it, if big IF, its as good as they say it is. No good being in the ground it needs to be cashed in.

5k is a lot to Max, huge buy. Where I am at the moment 5k will keep a family in a half decent house and pay all the bills for two years. But when it comes to those that gamble on AIM with their pocket change I can't understand why anybody would even think it's worth mentioning.......well not unless they are so far under water and desperate for the sp to rise, plenty of us under water but only one person who thinks a 5k trade is worth a shout 🤣

Everyone is aware why EH stopped mining but my question was about a JV being on the table for EH? Is this inside information or more hypothesis.

Max with all due respect why not just show which RNS states that a JV is on the table for EH?

yet again some individuals are trying to paint a very optimistic outlook by stating things that are not factual. apologies in advance but which rns clearly states that a jv is on the table for eh? as far as i can see the business is still trying to find a jv partner, it certainly does not state that an offer is on the table and if there was an offer, as this would affect the sp we should know about it.

by stating a jv for eh is on the table and is being considered, could be viewed by some as being extremely misleading. stick to the facts, not interviews, tweets or social media, it's the rns announcements that count and if anybody could show me what i've missed regarding a jv on the table for eh, this would be much appreciated.

Max I agree with you that silver miners could be in for a good run, but on the downside we are a long long way from mining any silver.

Great advice Max, wait for the rns (which one I'm not sure) but at least if ppl wait they can base an investment on facts and not hope, guesswork and wishful thinking.

And next up let's compare UFO to BHP, or AA. Unbelievable do some ppl not realise that despite these huge figures being thrown around in the billions, if all was so good why hasn't BHP, or AA come along and just bought the lot for 20 million, it's just pocket money to those guys.

Keep spinning but we're in April next week, only 3 months from then until July by when according to some the mining licence will have been granted and a new road will be under construction. Hopefully it will happen but I'm not holding my breath.

Quite a few getting ahead of themselves I'd rather see a very competent CEO, mining licence and work on the road construction perhaps at that point I'll start counting a few chickens rather than just be looking at a eggs. Anyway according to the rose tinted disciples all in place by July. We'll see.
