Pete I'm not disagreeing with you on any this but history tells us they never meet their own deadlines and the markets know this. I'm actually cutting them a little slack but yes I agree that it's not looking great with these timeframes being met. They will be destroyed come August if no news on access road or no JV, they simply cannot keep saying they are working hard on a JV and continue to do nothing else. I know a lot of people who own many millions of shares in here, big money, who come September will take a hit and dump like crazy because they are not buying into the JV is soon or getting hancook over the line, and when this starts just watch what happens to the sp. UFO are really stuck now, they either deliver big time or the sp is destroyed, the company will be finished and somebody could come along and take the lot for 7 or 8 million. Fingers crossed they actually do come good.

Slimgizmo I feel your pain mate but we are now closer than ever to going bust or delivering. The dates are set and the markets are watching. They either deliver or crash and burn. They simply cannot keep kicking the can down the road. They announce delays the sp crashes, the road construction doesn't start, they crash, the port agreement is dead, they crash and no ore on ship in Jan 25 they crash. I'm not interested in silver, palladium, gold or lithium or diversion. We have dates, they deliver or announce an agreed JV or they burn. If no JV agreed lets say by mid to end of August and no access road construction started then the sp will be less than half of what it is now. They start road construction or announce a lucrative JV then it's lift off.

I love both Chris2 and Max, they are the extremes, both offer good entertainment like the band on the titanic that played to the bitter end. Somewhere between the two of them are some balanced views based on facts, based on RNS's, based on the historical performance of the company and certainly not based on paid for articles to try and instill confidence. In fact that recent paid for article yet again has had the exact opposite effect of what they wanted. It hasn't brought enough new investors on board to increase the sp and the recent RNS's have just caused confusion when we'd previously been told that contractors are in place for road construction and crushing yet they are now saying they are going out to tender process again. Who knows what is going on if the BOD don't even know.

We have not been told that the dates for roads being built, for port documents to be dotted and signed and for first shipment of ore have been delayed. So road construction starting July/August, port agreement signed October, iron ore on ship Jan 25. So for now the clocks ticks and they have to deliver on these dates or at least announce delays and risk crashing the sp. If they don't deliver they are finished. Fingers crossed they hit these dates as it is all in their control.

Max why so negative and changing the goal posts again. This FID is nonsense. They have said that iron ore will be on a ship in Jan 25. They have not come out and said the timescales have changed, they have not said that they will not sell any ore in Jan 25 and in order to put our iron ore on a ship in Jan 25 they have to mine it so they have already made a decision to mine, you cannot have iron ore on a ship that has been sold to a client without having made a decision to mine it in the first place.

With all due respect Max I presume you do not think this is going to happen now or are you of the opinion that what has previously been in RNS's was just a load of bull to prop up the sp.

Delayed Max 🙃 what delays, we have not been told that the access road isn't going to commence in what is now a matter of weeks and we have not been told that iron ore won't be on a ship come Jan next year. Why you being so negative with your delayed comment. It will only be delayed if we get to end of August and no road is commenced and come January no ore on a ship.

As for the FID news or no news, they have told us that road construction will commence shortly and ore will be on a ship in Jan 25. To make such statements says to me a decision has been made. If they back out of this they are doomed unless of course they announce, with details that a JV has been entered into and what the financial benefits of this will be to shareholders. Again if they back out of what has already been stated regarding dates and timescales the market will destroy them and we will quickly become a COPL. As we haven't had any new to contradict previous RNS's I guess we are still on track for road construction, finalise port agreements and get the ore on a ship come January 25.

There must be so much positive sentiment from those that bought in recently at those never to be seen again lows, I think we broke that downward resistance late on today and could sink a good bit lower now on no news. I'll have to check on what good old British Bulls have to say. Anyway, only 2 or 3 weeks away from Hancook being over the line eh.

Don't forget haddock that there are a lot of meteorites on our land, I was told these could be worth more than their weight in gold. Good job we have them as they are on the surface, very easy to just pick up and sell for big dollar, so if the price of silver never hits $50/oz or lithium becomes obsolete replaced by hydrogen powered vehicles, the good news is we have meteors by the barrow load.

Happy, exploration is great if you can sell what you find, so far history tells us that this lot couldn't sell ice to the Saudis. I firmly believe that UFO is now at crunch point. No news and we are continually destroying market confidence, bad news, delays and the sp crashes, news on change of direction to more exploration and the sp goes down more unless we are farming out exploration and getting some dollar in. We simply cannot change tact because they have not got the money to kick rocks about without more placements.

Iron ore is the key to exploration and we have been given dates for ore on ships. They either put everything in place to deliver or announce an income generating JV within the next 2 or 3 weeks or the sp is destroyed. Let's get this straight, Max you haven't had a personal email from UFO stating that Hancook will be over the line within weeks because that type of email would be insider info, a bit like putting a few quid on the general election. What you may have had emailed is the article that UFO paid to have written that everybody else has seen. Big difference mate.

The weeks are ticking by, remember we are all hoping a lucrative JV will come about but they cannot rely on that as the clock is ticking on all over the dates we have been given.

Hopefully weeks is what we get, not months, not years because the markets will know come August that if there's no JV and no work starting on the access road, there no income Q1 2025 simple as.

So what happens now then Max if a JV doesn't materialise? Do we scrap all of everything previously been said 🤔 do we just wait and wait until the money runs dry again because the way I see it they will run out of wealthy fools to buy into more placements. These HNI's only need to look at what happens after each previous placement and they'll see whether they'll get their money back or not. Never mind palladium, copper, silver, lithium get some cash in from the ore like we've been told for the last 5 years. Shovel ready, contractors lined up, port allocation sorted, dig it up and flog it.

It makes me laugh when I read soon, next week, shortly, changed tactics, etc etc, the markets are wise to this, they really need to step up to the plate now and deliver. It will happen over the next 3 or 4 weeks, no news and we will be well below the last placement price, news on delays and we are are done. We're continually being told they are working hard but that shouldn't even be mentioned its expected and if they aren't working hard they should be down the road. People can scream under valued but if there's no takers it is only worth what somebody is prepared to pay. I think my house is worth a million but when I flog it, its only worth what somebody will pay me. Same with this.
