Wents I think any bad news leak will be obvious, the last placement was obvious. You always get plenty of sells, 3 million here, 5 million, 2 million constant sells over a few days prior to bad news. The last one was very easy to spot, this time around I'm not so sure because bad news, well they will want to contain it especially if there's not going to be a JV announced before Oct. Although I'm not 100% but I believe they will need working capital by end of Oct/Nov so if no JV by then, the signs should be obvious if there's bad news on the way, especially if it's to do with the "P" word, but I'm not stressing hancook over the line in weeks we were told by plenty on here and Charles Archer, with each passing week we are getting closer to the line lol.

How much time would you give them CJ to get everything signed and would you not want this to be backed up by an RNS to say that an agreement for xyz has been reached subject to xyz which is expected to be signed by xyz date. Once signed the details of xyz can be made public. They do not need to disclose who the other parties may be but as far as I'm concerned their bank account is running dry and should we actually get to let's say end of Sept/Oct and there's still nothing, the realists here know what the next RNS will be and it starts with a "P". They got 630K not long ago for continuing various works and general running costs. If they are actually doing everything they say then this isn't going to last long, samples need to be assayed which costs money, ppl on the ground need paying as do all the other monthly running costs.

Just my opion but come September it's got to the point that we know no access road this year or iron ore Q1 next year, plus we also know from history that without an income or a lucrative JV that brings an immediate financial gain their traditional way of getting funds is by a placement. If that happens then I would have made the right call. Risky but I'm simply not buying in on more jam tomorrow because tomorrow might never come. Hancook over the line in weeks we've been told, September will have been months. Hopefully they deliver for once.

Interesting to see Archer now pumping ARCM and even more interesting that when asked about the security of that company's mining licences and the risks he was quick to cover his backside by stating that until everything is in an official company RNS then these risks still exist.

This is exactly the same as here, he's been paid to write his nice articles but take everything with a pinch of salt until the company makes everything official through an RNS, including timescales.

On another note why on earth have they not provided an update on the CLN, are they running scared, just get it done and dusted and inform shareholders exactly what is happening with it.

Well I hope there is more than one JV being worked on CJ and lets not forget the possible deal with AA will require UFO to stump up 5 million which is well over 50% of the current market cap. In my book they can't raise that amount by way of a placement. Obviously there are other options to getting 5 million but would they be trusted based upon their performance over the last few years?

One thing is for sure, they won't be starting work on the access road any time soon so it all hinges on a JV. The logistics to get this access road built so ore can be on a ship in Jan 25 just don't stack up. They need to demonstrate they can fund it with their own costings being A$18 million and we know they haven't got that in the bank, then even if they magically get the funds, they need the contractor to have the spare capacity, equipment and man power to start work relatively quickly which simply won't happen. These specialist construction companies simply do not have staff and equipment idling around waiting for the phone to ring, Australia is full on at the moment with work being planned months and years in advance so you would not expert any decent company capable of building this access road to be able to start work within a few weeks of getting everything signed off.

I've now written off the access road being built this year so unless we get a lucrative JV by the end of this month it's not looking great, we were told weeks away to getting hancook over the line, let's see how it pans out. GLA

It's interesting to read that within that article there is the emphasis of Alien getting Hancook over the line, words like assuming Alien gets Hancook over the line, better get Hancook over the line, and despite possibly excellent lithium grades being discovered, Alien must have Hancook done and dusted to benefit from any lithium found.

Why? Quite simply they need the income to contribute their own share of costs.

If no Hancook over the line where will the money come from to maximise any lithium value discovered.

More placements, more dilution, debt finance. Any of these options based upon previous history will destroy the sp in my humble opinion so yes it all hinges on Hancook.

No JV and they must go it alone, they must get started on road access and they must have ore on a ship Q1 next year. Assumptions are being made about a JV but that's all they are, they don't hold weight and the time is running out to announce a successful JV that brings quick, very quick income returns.

I stand by my previous that September is crucial to have something solid in place otherwise they are in trouble.

100% Wents, they got two months in my books. We have been told Hancook over the line, JV done in weeks, that's now coming to a month almost 😳 the real problem comes when/if no access road construction starts and there's still no JV and to make matters worse no earth shattering lithium assay results either then they are really skrewed. All to play for in the next 6 to 8 weeks.

Hopefully this lot can push it to .34 I know it's a dream but at least I can dump that last top up and bag one. Pay for the next African adventure

CJ, chill mate, nobody in their right mind is going to buy in this company based upon what is written on here. Max would be being sued right now if that was the case for the amount of times he was saying to buy in at never to be seen again prices, even yesterday he was at it trying to encourage anyone with a spare few quid to buy in here. Not even a mention of DYOR. Anybody who looks back at the rns's, not tweets or paid for interviews and articles will be able to form a pretty accurate picture of where this company is at and how the sp has reacted to each placement.

Wents I don't often disagree with you mate, but I don't think the continual drop in the sp is the mm's playing games, there's simply no buying demand, they are just taking their small percentage matching trades. Like I keep saying come September imagine where the sp will be if a few ppl decide to dump up to 100 million shares over a week. The sp will be destroyed and if they carry on being silent and don't come up with the goods this will happen.
