Lots of assumptions still going on here, what is fact is that the mining license won't be granted until the native title agreement is signed and all done and dusted. Another fact and not guess is that in order for certain board members to get their hands on additional shares through the company's share incentive scheme the mining license has to be granted before November 2024 so there is is still plenty of time for things to fall inline with the company's timeframes which are clearly listed within the share incentive RNS.
hmmmmmm not a lot news here. all the rose tinted optimists look like they have a bit of manure on their faces, unlucky. the rns will come when it comes, like a pack of ***s reading this board can damage your wealth. lol a little drop today perhaps
Pebsi it's only fools that buy in on these placements every single time a placement has taken place the sp retracts to below that placement price so you end up getting them cheaper anyway. Unless the placement shares come with warrants I wouldn't bother, I'd just sit it out, watch the sp crash then pick up a few after the dust settles, it's always the same pattern so don't worry about discounts to the sp to get a placement away just sit tight and then load up.
Norm anything related to heritage burial areas or water ways within the tenement should have clearly been picked up on within the surveys that have been undertaken and these should have been addressed with proposals to protect and mitigate against risk of damage. If this is refused because the company have not undertaken proper surveys or provided details on mitigation then somebody will need the boot. Getting this approved is critical to the company's progress and whoever within the company responsible needs to have been on the ball with everything, no room for error and no excuses.
Some absolute crazy comments on here today nobody has a clue how the business will fund itself next year, its beyond funny how some are so adamant financiers will just chuck money at the business and then the other side is those who are adamant there will be further dilution, you're all guessing quite simply finger in the wind same as everyone is guessing on the outcome of other events. You know when the jokers are out because there are more comments than trades. Newbies take absolutely no notice of what is said on here and DYOR.
So if the directors are going to get their free incentive shares on many of the KPI's they have until the 21st Dec 2024 to pull it all or together, they might not quite hit the 500,000 t of export by that date but that's the aim.
Norm don't forget the SP isn't moving because the markets aren't aware of all the secret discussions and insider information only available to those within the online chat rooms.......nudge nudge wink wink. The SP will rocket once all this insider information is leaked to the markets.
12roses you're correct the RNS is very clear that the undrawn amounts of tranche 1 will be cancelled and the full amount of tranche 2. So yes there has been a drawn down amount from tranche 1 whatever the drawn amount was I'm not sure.
Wants do you really think when they say Q4 they actually mean this year mate. They have absolutely no control over native title agreement regardless of what ppl say here about it being a done deal. Live in hope but don't bet on it.
Both Max and Chris2 are at opposite ends of the spectrum and both make me laugh for different reasons, Chris2 the forever pessimist and Max the habitual oppotomist with the realism in the middle. Do I take any notice of either of them. No. Do I believe that either of them have the power to affect the sp. Certainly not. It's all fun and games and who cares why they post what they do, I don't as I invest of my own research not on the postings of some randoms who know no more than anyone else on here.
Max if nobody is prepared to sell then nobody can buy, the strange thing being is that ppl are prepared to still dump at a loss or a small profit for those that got in several years ago.
They are trades nothing more nothing less, if there wasn't enough ppl prepared to sell and there was actually a stampede of ppl wanting to get in then isn't that called supply and demand and if you haven't got the supply then the price goes up?
Big deal there are coups in Africa all the time and I can't remember any of them having any affect on the Alien Metals sp as yet again is evident by what is happening today.
How about Tesla wants to produce 20 million cars a year by 2030. Great news for lithium mines. Watch the sp rocket on that little snippet of news
Just a little reminder of what else is required for the potential AA deal to get over the line, keep it real ppl.
iv. permits, approvals, licenses in relation to the mining and construction and operation of the Project including, confirmed port allocation and permit to use main road.
Just for any newbies on here, do your own research. the last time I looked there had been absolutely no deal done with AA, because I'm quite sure if a deal had been done the sp would not be where it is today. To be a little more factual there is a potential deal to be done with AA based upon certain criteria being met which hasn't yet been met. This also includes the amount royalty payments to AA as part of any to be agreed deal. Why do ppl try and make out that everything has been signed and agreed when it clearly hasn't.
I think you need to read Dickie, spin by in-house brokers, did I even say anything about people being paid to ramp on here? I would suggest you read things properly, perhaps take the rose tinted glasses off and go to specsavers pal. Nobody takes any notice of what is said on here regardless of how important some ppl think they are.
WHI are paid to do what they do and that is spin and market the business, always positive because you never know when they will be called upon to tap up their clients for another placement, saying that I'm surprised how ppl get sucked into these placements as the sp always drops to below the placement price, if they want to invest they would be better declining and waiting for the sp to crash before buying in if they genuinely believe the risk to reward is worth it.
