Crypto thank god you are a paid troll otherwise you might be wanting a while to make any money here lol.
You have to laugh at this now, honestly the amount of ppl who continually screamed buy buy buy, posting utter rubbish about British Bulls to encourage ppl to buy in. Lesson number one DYOR and ignore anyone who screams don't miss the boat. Saying that, looks like that buy order will be filled quicker than my .34 sell.
Insider info an fingerprints LOL.....what next. So imagine you're in the pub, Troy works in phones his missus and says you need to dump those shares babe, there's a placement on the way. you overhear loose talk and just take advantage of the situation, hardly Wolf of Wall Street, exactly the same as some dumb broker phoning you up trying to flog placement shares but they don't know you have 10 million already in a nominee account. You simply decline the offer, sell up and buy back in helping yourself to an extra 20% to 30% more shares. It happens and we know nobody cares because the regulators turn a blind eye to all the dodgy dealings the directors do, good luck with the fingerprints.
@metalhead if any broker phones me up trying to flog placement shares even at a huge discount I would decline and simply sit it out for the placement and buy back in below the placement price. This happened once before but what I should have done on that occasion is sold up and then bought back in. AIM is as crooked as it gets and even when you do report anything those regulating it do nothing. The only way they could get a placement away without a huge drop would be if it was followed up immediately with an rns over the mining license or potential deal with Anglo, which is months away.
Lol can't buy any shares......that's because they are giving them away :) Thank our lucky stars for Helium One LOL.... but looking at that, their placement discount was huge and the sp still dropped to below the placement price, so regardless of whether a placement comes here with a tasty discount so those shares can be churned over at the first hint of good news, the opportunity will no doubt be there for anybody to buy in below the placement price and make a quick buck. Be very interesting to see how anybody could even attempt to polish up and put a positive spin on a placement rns but I'm quite sure there will be a few who will give it a good go.
Looks like the brokers are making those phone calls. But hang on a minute I thought we were fully funded and any additional funding would come from ppl desperate for a piece of the action by way of loans eh Max.....pure comedy gold.
If ppl are putting the news about Troy down as being the reason for the further drop in price today they are deluded. This none news, didn't even require an rns from UFO. It's a no big deal, I'd be more concerned about how low it will go.
Maybe a hypothetical question but if ppl got that call asking if they wanted to buy into a placement at say a 20% discount to todays price, what would you do? Buy in or wait for the rns placement announcement and then buy in at a lower price than the placement?
Anyone remember not that long ago how the sp was dropping like a brick and some ppl were trying to make out that there was a huge buyer forcing the sp down to fill an order and now we have had some reasonable size sales and the sp goes down again. You can't win with the nonsense some ppl come out with.
Does anybody actually believe that as this company progresses and hopefully the sp rises a little that ppl will buy in and sustain a rise in the sp or that more ppl will sell for a nice profit, particularly those lucky enough to get in after the placements when the sp was at its lowest. Not everyone chases rainbows for multi bags, some are quite content with a 100% gain and then move on.
Emailed WHI to ask why they had dropped their fair value price from 2.7p to 2.3p or for them to correct what some call a typo error with their calculations. Looks like it was not a typo and that they have indeed reduced their fair value, could this be because they know what is coming.
so whi had previously stated:
"we initiate with a fair value of 2.7p/share, but we will be revisiting that over the course of 2022, as alien derisks han**** and drills its prospective targets in what, in our opinion, will be a company-defining year."
and after today and little bit of derisking they come out with 2.3p fair value. i guess they know what's around the corner but quite strange they have reduced the value of the business despite a little bit of positive news.
Just shows you should take no notice of what whi think about fair value. Few weeks ago it was 2.7p now after a little bit of positive news it's gone down to 2.3p that makes a lot of sense as iron ore price is solid.
How dare you even say that word Pebsi......placing never......never the UFO Wiki says no placing and that the big money will be falling over themselves for a slice of the action, how dare you even suggest placing ;) lol
Xmas shopping :) well I bought a few at a shade under .17 few weeks back and was hoping to make a quick grand and sell at .35 hasn't quite hit those heights yet so it will be January sales money instead of Xmas shopping lol.
Lots of assumptions still going on here, what is fact is that the mining license won't be granted until the native title agreement is signed and all done and dusted. Another fact and not guess is that in order for certain board members to get their hands on additional shares through the company's share incentive scheme the mining license has to be granted before November 2024 so there is is still plenty of time for things to fall inline with the company's timeframes which are clearly listed within the share incentive RNS.
