For a company that has said 2 JV's by the end of the month that may or may not be of any immediate value to shareholders and that may or may not prevent yet another placement the room says there is no interest and no belief in the current BOD.

Pedro if there is a placement I think the rose tinted brigade will simply say that the company pre-warned that it might happen blah blah, somehow it will be spun, it always is. Hopefully there won't be one but if there is it's going to have to be at a huge discount perhaps even with warrants and maybe some spiel to give existing share holders the opportunity to take part. No need to take part though because the sp always drops to below the placement price but there's always a few gullible enough to buy into it. If the so called informed Liz Henson was fool enough to take shares at .2 instead of being paid I'm quite sure there will be a few more to be fooled when the brokers make their calls.
