Some, and it looks like we can include you in this, just refuse to see what is staring them in the face.
Moulding embarrassed himself yesterday. He better have his lawyers ready after his outburst about Numis. He will pay a very heavy price for that. Someone needs to remind him he is head of a public company. It isn't his anymore. He gave up that right when he listed on the LSE. No one forced him to do that. It was his own choice yet he consistently talks like he is only on the LSE under duress. Lord Charles should be there to stop these kinds of emotional outbursts.
He would be better served to come off LinkedIn and focus on making this company profitable. He constantly misses targets, over promises and under delivers, goes back on announcements Constantly delaying golden share removal) or just completely drops them with no explanation why (Beauty spin off promised from first quarter of last year as just one example) This is the reason the SP has dropped. It isn't hedge funds or media conspiracies. It is just poor performance from a company that came to market with huge hype around it that has just disappointed in a big way.
Yesterday demonstrated, if it ever needed another demonstration, that he is just too emotionally invested in this to be effective steward for shareholders interests. That is the problem with owner founders. He still sees it as "His baby", and he will never act in the best interests of shareholders.
On a side point, he sounded yesterday like one of the more "Rampy" members of this board spouting all that conspiracy nonsense.....makes you wonder who is actually behind these screen names....could Moulding be SP28......LOL
