I have been here longer than you. You used to be pretty cleared eyed when you first started posting in here. Now you seem to have turned into another paranoid SP28 clone.

Seems you are now very over exposed on this share and it's made you very paranoid about other posters. This is the problem isn't it when you keep buying stock in an attempt to chase the price down. When it doesn't do what you think it will all you have done is pour more money down a black hole. But instead of admitting to yourself that maybe, just maybe you might have this wrong, you surrounded yourself with those who just confirm what you have already made up your mind about, the echo chamber.

What has the legal separation of divisions actually achieved so far? You say it's huge. Why is it huge?

Has him giving up the golden share early changed anything? He gave it up and STILL hasn't announced the premium listing yet. So giving it up early achieved zero.

What has the board of directors actually done? Far as I can see they have done nothing but stand back and watch Mouling do what he wants. Have you actually seen Lord Allen do anything lately? If so what has he done to make this a better company than it was two years ago? They don't even buy any shares at this low level. Why not? If they think it's so undervalued why are they not filling their boots at these levels?

Didn't Moulding himself say these partnership don't actually add up to much. This is why he has pushed up the profit forecast out to 2028 For ingenuity? I am happy to stand corrected on this

Don't be fearful of people who dare to cast a critical eye over this share. So far having that mindset has proven correct. We are not short or working for a hedge fund. I cannot speak for any other the others but I personally am still sitting on shares I bought two years. I am just not fooling myself into thinking that this is a great company that is being run for our benefit when it's patienty obvious that it is being run by a man who still sees the company as his and isn't doing anything to maximize shareholder value.

So basically you want an echo chamber? A fan club?

Thing is that list he wrote is nearly exactly the same that people were posting two years ago when we were hearing how amazing Ingenuity was and how it was going to rival amazon (,Yes that was actually being said on here)Nothing has changed in two years apart from the share price falling even lower.

So I would ask . What can you actually point to and say this has improved in the last two years?

It's more puzzling to me why he is still waiting to announce premium listing. Last week would have been the perfect time to at least cushion the fall. They keep saying they are waiting for the results of an FCA review. I have always been suspicious of this and cannot help but feel it will be something for his own benefit not ours.

I also don't think an MBO is coming either. I would suggest that he got rid of the GS as a way of ringing the dinner bell for potential bidders. Yet, so far, no one has answered the call.

I also think the reason he went over to Qatar was to get them onside incase of a hostile low bid, not to get them to help him do an MBO.

Who else has said that £1.70 undervalues the company? No analyst or broker? Only Moulding thinks this and who would believe a word he says now?

You might want to aim this at the snakes that have been using this board to ramp this share to the moon for the last 2 years. They have been wrong about everything and yet are still here pulling the same tricks, like producing long lists of facts (Lol) pulled from LinkedIn like "A new flavour ice cream".

Not to mention rubbish like..... Moulding visits Qatar so an MBO is imminent.

Some of us have been saying for a while now that Moulding is a very good salesman. Look at how he got SoftBank to invest. That they decided not to invest anymore, with hindsight, should have been a big clue what was to come.

But hindsight is a wonderful thing when investing.

Just out of interest what makes you believe the market is turning?

Inflation isn't going down.

Interet rates will need to rise higher for longer.

The mortgage market is in meltdown leading to less disposable income for households.

A recession now looks more likely than not.

Doesn't really tally with a strong market backdrop.

The THG faithful yet again, putting 2 and 2 together and coming up with 10.
