The same factors other companies have faced yet you don't see those CEOS venting on LinkedIn. They are just getting their heads down and putting things right. All Moulding was doing two nights ago was circling the wagons and looking for something to blame for another set of poor results. That's the reason for the highly emotive video. Stirs people up. Shouting out " The reason you are losing money on your investment isn't because of me. It's those people over there"

It's just crap Rich to suggest there is some hedge fund based media conspiracy against THG and that's why the share price is down. IT HAS GIVEN OUT 3 profit warnings and a terrible set of results!!!

That isn't the media lying or "Deramping" it's a bloody fact. Anyone suggesting this is deluded or lying to themselves.

We are now in this for a take over. Not because it's a great run company. It's either this takeover, or the activists forcing change once the GS is gone. That's it.

The consensus forecast is for 68p. But surely that is thrown out the window while the takeover potential is around.

I shall henceforth cancel my subscription to the IC while pointing out the the ex Hedge Fund analyst Steve Clapham, to name just one writer (Before he sues me if he is reading this) doesn't know what he is talking about.

I only posted about an article in the IC lol didn't even say it was my opinion.

I think the IC is a good read and have been a long term reader. Are they perfect? Far from it. But it is, in my opinion, the best publication for investors in the UK. Do they get every call right? Hell no. But do any of us?

To suggest they don't know what they are writing about is quite frankly complete Jacobs.

I think the writers who work for the IC, lots who are professionals in the industry or have a history in the City will be amazed to find out they know nothing.

It's out there. Hundreds of thousands of investors read it. Certainly a lot more then will ever read this message board. Yet you seems to think this message board has more influence on investors minds than the IC does.

I agree with you Prime. We are all hanging on the buy out now which isn't a good position to be in.

If Mould has a problem with the stock market he should have waited until the deal is confirmed and he had moved on before airing his grievance in public. He only makes it more likely that long suffering shareholders will lose again. He also must have known before he floated that this is how the stock market worked. If you miss targets your share price will suffer and the financial press won't be singing your praises. He reminds me of Donald Trump in that way. Always something or someone else's fault and never his.
