A savvy professional investor called Paul Hill brought my attention to Equals. PH has interviewed the CEO on a few occassions and the CEO presents as being very on the ball. What struck me during one of the interviews was the following by the CEO when describing the business, words to the effect of 'I like making money over the weekend when Im not at work'.

This could motor when the economy gets back on its feet. Appears off the radar at the moment.

Indeed, just had a look at the likes of Fevertree etc and yes they had periods (3 days and sometimes longer) when they went down as well. It is called the natural state of play with shares. Im happy to hold and with any dip below an RSI of 40 then I will be happy to top up.

The appointnent of new CEO was expected and the issuing of preformance based options is fair enough.

The financial results RNS is very good given the general CoVid environment and reflects a company that is making excellent progress. In this respect I paticularly like the way that progress is being made alongside helping agents with reduced rates and a widely reported great service.

For me this is a share to buy, hold and forget. Then review the situation when it has 10+ bagged and possibly taken over the number one spot from its main its current main competitor. GLA.

Great find BB. The Lucyd glasses do look good, with may be more style than the compared glasses. A big price difference as well. So as a person who has broken/lost so many glasses, the Lucyd glasses may be better value.

Frustrating about the drop in price at the end of last week. But the price appears to ranging and just waiting for that piece of explosive news, which could arrive any day. News such as a big Saltme purchase from a global company or news of FDA approval or news of a Licence agreement with a global car maker for TEKs shock absorber. All and a lot more for 12m market cap.

That said I would not be surprised with a drop in price at the begining of next week, all due to Brexit. Crazy as that may be, since TEK business has currently little to do with the EU. So if there is a drop then I will top up.

Juat read an rns linked to a resource stock in which they are pleased to annouce a placement of billions of new shares. As you can imagine the share holders are not so pleased or impressed.

Compare this to TEK with a small number of shares, ever decreasing free float because institutions are begining to see what is on offer and a portfolio of tech that has massive potential.

In regards to the tech that is on offer:
My favourite is Saltme ... simply outstanding, unique and very much needed.
Then Guident ... again great tech in a hot sector, but also Im always impresssed by their CEO.
Then Belluscura, FDA announcement will add considerably to the share price. Again massive potential.
Followed by Lucyd and Smartfood ...

Could this go to £s ... IMHO easily.

Nice to see the price moving up this afternoon. A possible reflection of busy shops. Went into my local WRKS shop, which was busy, as it was over the weekend. Not sure why they are limiting numbers in the shop to 16, when just down the road the Pound land shop look like a rugby scrum.

On further reflection, not just Biden, but for every government, health should be a top priority. Particularly so in the current pandemic, where poor diets have possibly contributed to an increase in deaths.

Actually not only governments, but the likes of McD's, BKing and Kf c and all the rest all have a duty towards their customers welfare. Im hopeful they will make the right decision.

IMHO this could blow anytime soon. The tech offered has huge potential and all for a small market cap.

For me Saltme is my favourite, like the other offerings it has the potential to turbo charge the share price. Particularly so with a Biden admin', which I imagine will focus more on health than the current incumbent.

In light of today's last RNS, the purchase of Epicstream is even more impressive. Plus Epicstream should make a meaningful contribution to overall earnings and payback of purchase price may be within a year.

Those high margins of 70 % within a high p/e industry makes this an attractive and investable company. That said I wouldn't want to make future share price predictions. I agree, this has huge potential and with an ever decreasing free float, any positive news could have an explosive affect on the share price.

Considering what we have in the stable of companies, management should be congratulated for getting us to this stage without diluting us into billions of shares.

Plus this share is not overly impacted by Brexit, which, in my view, is a big positive.

I believe they have the potential to increase their revenue very quickly and in a very hot sector, with good management at the helm, a 10 bagger is possible. In fast growing, high p/e industries are where riches are made. Accordingly I topped up this morning.

Of course any distribution deal, and particurly a deal of such magnitude and potential that Zoe has negotiated, may have potential difficulties in its development. Indeed, Zoe's road to development may not run totally smooth and difficulties may present themselves. So patience is the watch word, coupled with a belief in our management to deliver this rare life time business and investment opportunity.

Morning all, now listening to the w/end podcast by Justin Waite, who now says he has sold some, which, of course, he's entitled to do at anytime.

Purchase price is roughly equal to 4 times net profits, with margins that other industries could only dream about. Margins that are, i guess, also replicated by GDM, which is growing at an impressive rate.

A rough calculation ... 1 million sterling purchase price, which given the revenues, appears to a good add on to the business.

The local shop was busy and people were spending quite large sums of money. All except me, who bought a £1.50 calander ... the wife's Christmas present.

So came back to the office and bought a few more shares.

IMHO and at this price Theworks represents a good opportunity. Their shops are not too big, so rent levels should be reasonable and they make every bit of retail space count. Plus their online sales are reported to be storming ahead.

Without the additional costs of opening new shops and focusing on their present outlets then may be the divi could be reintroduced next year.
