Good morning and that is also my expectation CM, i.e. the forthcoming full year trading report will contain last year's trading and post year trading update. Last year's numbers will merely reflect a 'warming of the engine', so to speak. The really important numbers will be within the post year trading summary, e.g. number of stores and sales figures which will reflect the move from first to second gear (to expand the analogy). I expect a swift move through the gears, with fifth gear coming in 2022. (For those with an automatic ... get a real car!)

I consider the last RNS as very important, as there is now no hiding from the planned quarterly reports. Accordingly daily/weekly movements in the price share price are now immaterial for myself. I'm not leveraged in my share ownership and I can sit back and wait for the next update.

Trevor Taylor, Co-CEO of Zoetic, said: "These orders that we have received for our 'Chill' brand in the last six weeks clearly demonstrates that there is strong demand for our product and that we have installed the right distribution channels in the US. We look forward to updating the market further when we report our full year results in July."

So in July full year and post full year trading will be given.

Anyway, whilst I'm here I see that Love Hemp posted an interesting RNS this morning, in which they reported a record daily online sales of £86.4k. That is pretty impressive and it only strengthens my confidence in Zoetic and particularly the potential pulling power of Chill ... just a great brand and product to match.

May be a stupid question, but how on earth did we secure the brand rights to the name 'Chill'? I would have thought there would have been a massive scramble for such a powerful name/brand. Very happy it is in our possession.

The MMs tried a common tactic first thing this morning, i.e. dropping the sell price below 50. Of course the buy price hardly moved. They will try every tactic to get your shares.

A good interview and well worth listening in full. If memory serves me correct he discusses V dx at about the 15 minute mark.

So I understand he will again be interviewed in the near future.

I see at the start the MMs dropped the sell price below 50 ... scare tactic. All the time keeping the buy price steady.

IMO two good companies. POLX is one of my main investments.

The reason and how I got into Verici was through listening to an interview with a member of the board, who is also the largest shareholder ... Christopher Mills. The guy is v impressive and if he is the largest shareholder then we stand a good chance of a healthy return on investment.

I understand the inventor of what V dx are offering has a number of shares. The other positive thing is the number of top experts in the field of kidney treatment that are associated with V dx or are on the board ... described as the whos who in the kidney treatment world.

Hi Splodge, in many ways Verici reminds me of POLX. I got into this one a little later than I did with POLX, but happy to hold and wait.

Not sure why the price rose today, but given the shares are quite tightly held by institutions, then it is fairly illiquid. So even a small amount of buying (or selling) has a visible affect on the price

Great post TR, fully agree with your analysis.

I think the MMs have some shares left over from the forced seller (who reportedly sold at 50) and once cleared then I expect the price to move up quite quickly.

My small top up this morning is shown as a sale and I guess many of the other 'sales' were buys.

Many thanks CM for the research data on twitter, which I have just found. Interesting data and even with their very modest sales projections of 2.25 packs per store per day for the first year, then 3.25 and 4.25 packs for 2022 and 2023 respectively, then monthly and annual profits are impressive for such a young company.

I however consider that with increased brand recognition and loyality, fuelled by an increase in marketing (I hope Zoetic will spend more on marketing than the projected figures) then sale figures in 2022/23 will be considerably higher.

In regards to the p/e, I fully agree that many of us use a lower p/e than what is possible, out of concern over ramping. But a p/e figure of between 50 to 70 is possible and I would say likely against explosive sales figures.

We also should not discount the possibility of a future full listing in the US, particularly in the event that Chill becomes a widely recognised brand. This event, in turn, would give massive boost to the share price.

In the meantime, we look forward to the quarterly figures whilst staying green.

Fully agree CM; any less than 4 packs a day then why would the large distribution chains bother.

By next year there may be 10000 plus stores, a considerable increase in brand awareness and profits to accelerate expansion that will be all detailed in quarterly updates.

Here's a possible projection based on only 4 packs of Chill sold per day in 3500 stores. Margin is 2.5 dollars per pack.

3,500×10×365 = 12,775,000

12,775,000÷1.41 (fx rate) = 9,060,283

9,060,283 x 30 (PE) = 271,808,510/212000000 (number of shares) = fair price £1.28.

The last RNS update was excellent ... "In April 2021, the Group received orders for its 'Chill' brand totalling US$0.34 million from a number of previously announced distribution partners in the United States rolling out 'Chill' to over 2,000 stores. Up to 14 May 2021, the Group had received additional orders in excess of US$1.0 million for its 'Chill' brand and has continued to increase the roll out of 'Chill' into stores operated by the previously announced distribution partners."

I wonder what the next update will bring? Stores to around 3500 and rapid growth in sales. As mentioned before growth may accelerate at ever increasing speed. Interesting times ahead. GLA

Yes I saw that on H-L, i.e. the sell price was a fraction higher than the buy price. Plus can sell 50000 at 55.76. So a fairly liquid market.

Welcome Seb. I hope we all do well with our investment in Zoetic. Nothing of course is guarenteed, but I think we'll all look back in a years time, having then read 4 further quarterly updates, and conclude that today's price was a bargain.

One further thing ... please go green, it's such a peaceful colour!
