Possibly something is brewing with big buys, high volume and a v tight spread ... so tight that the sell price is a fraction higher than the buy price (on HL).

Share price remains not so strong, with a plentful supply for 'cheap' shares. As everyone appears to agree, the price is waiting for an update. So I will continue have the occassional small top-up as we wait.

No, people like us are excluded. The small PI's appear to be considered as sideshow investors ... only the select few were given the chance to participate as such a price, whilst we are left out in the cold.

PI's are seen and therefore treated, as either Remora or Bait fish. Stitched up by the bigger players in the know and by the company. In my view a disgracefully low price to raise.

Yet Clifford says "We are pleased with the current placing from existing and new shareholders ..." Spot whose missing in that sentence ... correct, us Fish.

Mixed feelings about raise ... on the one hand good to see Bracco continue with their support, plus the significant raise draws a line under any immediate future questions about capital raises needed for a move to commercialisation.

However, I find the 1 for 50 offering to PI's a bit of an insult and an after thought. Indeed to some degree we're treated as just remoras fish, i.e. living on the scraps of sharks. But perhaps that is what AIM investors are seen as, either Remoras or Bait fish.

I agree Bobby, it is a huge vote of confidence that John Story continues to invest in Zoetic.

I am also into both GFIN and ZOE. Whilst GFIN is an excellent company within a mega market, for me it is ZOE and its CHILL brand that presents all of us with such a rare investment opportunity. If CHILL becomes the brand that I anticipate, then I have little doubt ZOE will be valued in the billions. The risk of a premature buy out by the likes of BAT is indeed reduced by the likes of John Story taking a significant percentage of shares, as the Board, who are also large shareholders, along with Mr Story will not allow ZOE to be bought out on the cheap.

Mr John Story exercising his warrants is not necessarily a bad move for others. His involvement with ZOE, as a long term investor, has been hugely beneficial for everyone involved in that company. And like ZOE, Mr Story's investment here may be a long term investment, which I suspect it is.

I think this sums up the situation in which we find ourselves. I'm confident we'll have the 'No better feeling ...'

If, as I believe, Chill becomes a top brand in the US and others world regions then the likes of BAT will not tolerate their market share to be eroded for long and accordingly they will come in with a mega bid for Chill. Just a question what price is acceptable?

For a top brand ... minimum of £20 a share and probably that's understating it.

Pokerchips, like yourself, if the price stays the same early tomorrow, then I will also add more. What's not to like about this top company in an explosive and rapidly growing sector.

IMO today presented an excellent to either get in or top up. With continued excellent progress made by the company by signing big contracts and in so doing underlining their status as the go to company in Esports, against a large seller, who wont always have shares to sell, then what better opportunity to buy. Accordingly I bought 2 large bundles at 3.7 and 3.83 mid afternoon. GLA Gfins

LDA Capital are not some micky mouse institution ... taken from their website they have 20 years experience and during that time over $10 billion in transactions/investments

I consider the investment a huge vote of confidence and well done to the Board on negotiating such an investment against a back drop mud slinging from various quarters.

So who to believe, Zoe Board, LDA and big investors (such Mr Story) or TW ... I'm sticking with Zoe.

Also, good to see SYME enjoying themselves tonight ... they deserve their time in the sun given the terrible time that they have had put up with recently.

Whilst I don't any SYME, as a ZOE, I have a brotherly affection for you guys. Both companies have been targetted recently and I wish you all the best and well done on today's news.
