Im not sure whether there could be a more reasonable deal than this. It is no 'death spiral', actually quite the reverse. 35m also shows that the company has huge potential and is to be believed, as no financial institution would risk such money without DD.

So I've bought the dip.

However looks good to me as well. Answers any questions about funding and now provides a clear runway to rapid growth.

Bought this morning, through H-L. Spread appeared pretty large, but the true purchase was just above 5p. I imagine that at the moment it's fairly illiquid, which is ok, as I have little intention to sell at this price and Im hoping they move to a more liquid market.

Life has similarities to Zoe, which reached £1 today and with it the shorts are being roasted! Zoe has a cap of about £200 million now, compared to Life's small cap (with fair few warrants outstanding though, which may hold it back for a short while). Im pretty impressed by Life's growth in sales (with healthy margins) and established distribution network, plus plans for world expansion. What's not to like.

'Love' and 'Chill' ... both good brands in my view.

RNS - indicates that progress is fast and the additional funds are needed to maintain momentum.

Had a small top-up this morning ... that was a buy at 11:32, 5000 at 33.14p.
Just a case of waiting for news and when times are quiet having the occassional top-up. The risk reward presents quite an opprtunity.

All 3 interviews are excellent. The most recent with share-talk focuses on Brand importance, e.g. the building, strategy and awarenessn of the Chill brand. Worth a listen for any student of Marketing. These guys come across as being very professional.

I agree Weathergeek, given the opportunies and potential a cheeky accepted bid would, in many ways, be disappointing. I however doubt that management and key investors, with their large holdings would accept a cheeky low bid. But a bid cannot be discounted and if a quick bid did materialise then all those shorts would be looking into a big black hole.

Good point Supermabs, BAT 'only' delivered £9.8bn of net cash generated from operating activities last year. So yeah, they would struggle to purchase Chill!!

IMHO there will be no better brand than Chill and so if BAT came-a-knocking, then how much would they need to pay for such a great brand and huge, instant market access, with v valuable IP? Quite a lot I imagine.

So "With regard to the short position our estimate is between 2.5-4m", as HopefulDave says, that is a lot of shares to buy back at some stage and if/when the likes of Boots and/or H&B are RNS'd then the share price will aggressively move up.

As a LTH I can sit back and wait and top up if opportunity presents. GLA Z's.
