You do struggle to see when people actually agree with you don't you.

1. No he's not but he's in charge of the communications; just don't say a week unless you can meet it. To do it twice is stupid and with warrants being issued the optics are very poor.

2. No I will; his comms and timelines have been awful last two years; credit due where it is due if he gets this over the line; he will be handsomely rewarded as well but let's not pretend it's been handled well from a shareholder perspective.

3. Yes I know he's not COO: hence getting a good COO in who will run the actual operations and business; he always said he would take a back seat as the mine came to fruition; this is good news. Get an expert who builds mines in and is less of a politician.

The main question is; do we/I still believe this is gonna get done... Yes therefore will hold through the noise.

Do I think Harry is awful at communications; 100% yes. Whatever the cause; this looks awful; two weeks of delays, forced to update the market when they didn't want to all whilst warrants are dropped into the market. It just stinks whatever way you look at it.

Harry just is useless when it comes to this sort of thing; it's been a consistent theme the last few years; let's hope post financing they can report on solid news and hopefully with a new COO.

Not much else to it; same as the RNS, he has no insight into it. I really hope Harry delivers it tomorrow just simply because it would be nice for Harry to meet one of his own set up deadlines.

The RNS will be issued moments after the signature dries on the paper. It won't be held overnight until 7am; it's too big a moment. It will all be lined up ready to go. It literally could be any minute of next few days (assuming Harry hasn't screwed up something procedural again...)

Market cap of nearly £150m; you don't need to point out every slightly bigger trade....

This comes across as desperate when in reality it really isn't needed. News is due; people have done very well from 0.4 to here so obviously profits will be taken. There should be another leg up on news and there are some sizeable holders entering here as well.

This idea that people are silly for taking 3x bags with zero risk once sold is stupid itself. Profit is profit and on KEFI; something that hasn't happened before!

Yes of course he used his usual language; but he knows what was implied. Todays RNS should have been on Friday when they knew it wasn't happening that week. The original RNS was silly but it's classic Harry.

Don't get me wrong; I'm uber bullish on KEFI but I can see why people get frustrated with him; putting very tight timeframes and missing them then going "oh it was only expected etc" is something Harry has done for years.

Harry really is rude about shareholders...

He promises a sign off within a week in an RNS and then when it wasn't delivered; he should have corrected the market. Last Friday was his mess; don't say silly things in an RNS then you won't need to do "calming notices".

But hey; when he delivers I won't hold it against him!

It was never going to be a 7am RNS. Makes no sense.

The RNS will be written and ready to go literally minutes after the event; it's such huge news that it will would have to be immediately after not held on to the next day.

It will be intraday and with one signature left; any minute now (this week... imminently...) lol

Because there's two things that happen...

People do dummy trades of 1 to see the actual spread and two; people do them all the time (same as any of the other signal trades) then claim it's the MM's communicating between themselves.

It's one of the saddest things out there tbh.

Absolute nonsense; it's not what they do. Stop saying stuff like this; there's been a few sells; low volume and the mm's are just trying to make a market for either larger trades than current volume. I find this sort of nonsense tedious; noone has stop losses on AIM stocks. The market makers aren't some geniuses trying to shock people out of their holdings. It's all volume based and making a market.

Sometimes people sell; sometimes people buy. When one outweighs the other or small volume the mm's have to open the spread up and try and make a market. It's not nefarious.

Volume was low; a few sells and it dropped; people took their profits (hopefully) from the recent rises and new entrants got a lower entry (or people topped up). That's about it no need to over analyse it.

I don't think people realise how much buying is now needed with KEFI now over 100mil marketcap.

Posting omg there's a 10k buyer is so pointless. The SP is holding up incredibly well; hasn't fallen back despite huge rises into this news so what works for it not going down as well (not enough volume) keeps it in the holding pattern.

I'd just recommend chilling out; news is coming this week and the rerate hopefully off the back of that. I don't think we are going to see 2p pre news (unless it leaks out).

As much as harry usually gives himself wiggle room; I don't think I ever recall an RNS saying something within a week... There has to be confidence behind that and hopefully the Nomad has done some sort of due diligence (not that I trust any AIM Nomad).

One can only assume either a meeting in the last month was cancelled/postponed or there was further tinkering required (I suspect the latter) hence a new signing date/meeting scheduled.

If this is a ploy to get another week out for some nefarious reason then this will plummet but glass half full suggests this might finally be "it". If we get above the recent high; could start motoring imo.
