It's dropping like a knife atm..

Either someone big is selling out or they are pushing the warrants out as quickly as possible. Either way it absolutely stinks; makes no sense and can't quite see what will be needed to get market back in. How the mood can be this poor despite earth shattering news... There was more optimism in the trades on the way up pre news. This market is cooked if this is how it reacts to stupid stuff like this.

They could have got out before for a lot higher? I don't get the waiting till news and then accepting a 30% hit?

This financing thought pattern is absurd.

It was always structured in this way; do the financing with banks - tick; equity to follow (allegedly oversubscribed). The banks will have in no way signed off on the debt without the rest of the package in place. The DDQ that has held up this deal for years has been insane and won't have faltered on a stupid equity point.

It must just be a case of patience and actually have Harry deliver something over November. Bizzare tbh.

WTF is going on. No placing (confirmed); debt package signed, equity oversubscribed and to follow (as was always the plan) and the market is discounting all of it.

I note our usual big rampers have disappeared; the 5p+ on sign off comments seem to have dwindled. Might not be 6p but how we aren't above a market cap of £200mil is baffling.

These warrants were pre-sold ages ago; a large amount in the volume yesterday; hence the kneecapping.

I hope they are cleared by now given volume and most likely are; they aren't what has held the SP back sadly.

You obviously don't think; that "dilution" isn't at the PLC level and therefore doesn't affected KEFI PLC.

Still digesting the RNS but putting out ideas as facts... Yeah you should try that thinking a bit more.

£60mil of placing? Why... Utter nonsense.

If Harry did a placing; £20 to £30 mil would be more than enough and wouldn't need to be with bucket shops; may not even be on the market but directly with existing institutions at not much of a discount. They would then be fully funded up for all exploration and Saudi. It would hugely add value rather than detract it. It also says in the RNS that they don't need immediate money so to go against that in the RNS would be extremely bad (albeit not impossible given AIM).

I don't see a placing.

Even if this was diluted down to 50% (not saying it would be) but that still values KEFI at a 500mil to 1.8bn (and a lot higher than here)..

Today has been confusing.

Is KEFI now more valuable than it was this morning. Yeah I think so; debt confirmed followed by equity to follow. This is what happens when you have years of Harry massaging the truth; when the actual news lands, it's not well received. This was a little predictable.

But sure... 10p shortly.

I will also add; that yes if/when KEFI gets to production (and towards in; institutions will start sniffing) but there is no need to just make up stuff.

GDXJ usually mirrors the MVGDXJTR index. To be included on that Index you have to be on the IOB. AIM stocks are not on the IOB (have to be traded is US dollars for one).

GGP is worth 2.67bn and is also listed on the ASX; GXDJ holds the AUD version on the ASX market.

KEFI could not be bought by GDXJ.

I see your logic; will say however to be part of that ETF you have to be on the IOB which KEFI (and AIM) isn't.

There's a lot of hurdles before KEFI gets clearance for index trackers and II money.

There's only one way this will ever get settled tbh and it's not by posting the same thing again and again.

Wait till Christmas and/or 6 months. When it's not 10p I assume you'll revise accordingly but given your posting history; seems unlikely.

We all win at 10p so would love to be wrong here..

I'm not saying it's not worth many multiples of the current SP but you just aren't discounting enough for jurisdiction and AIM. This will not get there by Christmas; that's just a pure ramp. Will it reach 10p if it delivers on production at stated levels; yes it's quite feasible.

Stop being so defensive when challenged on what is a mad timeframe. I will save this post for later; i'd love to be wrong but just can't see it. Will be north of 3p by sign off and maybe 5p by Christmas? That would be amazing and more probable.

It's weird; I agree there's no need to stress but 10p before Christmas; that's just a huge ramp. Either you're just pumping the stock (fair enough) but to actually believe that this will reach a market cap of just short of a billion by Christmas is madness.

What part of Harry cannot pick and choose what time he releases this news are people not getting?

It'll all be timed/organised with the nomad and all ready for the seconds after that signature is on the paper. It's unlikely to be happening today given the time etc but it would be a nice surprise.

Volume is quite low since midday; it's been sold down as people got impatient. All this tree shake nonsense etc; it's desperate.

When news come (and it will) of signoff; it'll rerate dramatically. Harry has been poor with communications (again) so if you wanna buy in here it's a great opportunity. Don't need to have the conspiracy theories.

Yes i'd like to think that Harry wouldn't repeat last weeks mistake and be forced to do ANOTHER correction on Monday post event but ye never know with ol' Harry. In terms of control CT; no they don't have control on when to put it out. The moment it's released; even if it was over the weekend; they'd have to release an RNS. It's not optional; it's too big a news to "store". Let's hope by COB we are all singing!
