8.5 working days including Christmas eve by my book. The last RNS said this year so that's the number of market days left to issue an RNS. There must have been a fair level of confidence to say that (as well as the nomad allegedly checking) but it seems like a lot to do in a very short space of time at a very quiet time of year for lawyers/investment types.

The SP has barely moved for weeks/months since last news.

The only thing that will move this is full sign off with no caveats/delays in the next 3 days in my view; maybe next week but I seriously doubt it given proximity to Christmas. Being cynical I just can't see it but then why would there be an RNS saying it was still expected... It would be good to launch this in 2025!

Because whilst large for a single PI; they are tiny in comparison to the marketcap. 154K SEEMS like a big deal but it really isn't; it won't move the SP.

One of the things that has caught a lot of posters unaware is that KEFI has moved to a £150mil marketcap this year. It's a bigger beast now; it needs far more volume to shift it in either direction. A positive whilst delays have been encountered and stopping it from drifting lower but to get it going higher; will need HUGE volumes; millions of £. Not poxy few hundred thousands a day like currently.

See that's a bit of a change in attitude from you Stebo... I agree long term there's a lot of value here (I think everyone does) and the risk of the project not getting started is basically zero now. There will be issues along the way to production; always is but nothing insurmountable.

Yeah that's what I hope as well Sharezy but i'm not so convinced now. Why given it's 99.9% done and pretty obviously happening; why would any PIs be waiting? Institutions maybe later I get but right now; I just can't see why volume is so so thin. It's zero essentially a day after an RNS. That's not healthy!

What I don't get is the news is pretty much decent; ok a little bit more of a delay but still on track for this month yet volume is EVEN lower now.

It's become a joke; finance package is now 99.9% done; down to some minor details and amounts left yet the market cares even less?! The assumption has to be that when it's all done then volume picks up but right now; it really doesn't seem like it is?! Was the big rise from 0.5 the main event until this gets closer to production!?

Maybe but then regulatory behaviour and discipline comes into play; the moment the equity package is signed and complete it should be announced as it's monumental news. It couldn't be held back. That's why I'm not expecting 7am RNS; like the last one; it'll be mid-afternoon at some point.

This is huge news that will be announced asap; I just don't understand Harry trying to lead the market as he did prior with the Debt announcements; self set "semi" deadlines which nearly always get missed slightly and cause 100s of messages either way.

Reality is; the SP has held pretty well above 1.4 so far luckily; volume is so thin either way that it hasn't really dropped either. We can spend our lives on here (and some do) posting 1000s of messages about how much value there is (or isn't) and it hasn't caused any uptick in trade whatsoever.

Wait for news (hopefully this year) and let's see!

1000s of posts, 1000s of arguements either way and the market just hasn't cared. Bounced between 1.4 and 1.5 since last news. This news is overdue by Harry's own timeframes, needs delivering now.

Who is protecting who!? There's zero volume, nothing is influencing anyone in either direction, not the huge tampy posts not the doom and gloom posts.

News is overdue now, Harry has to get this last bit over the line then maybe we can analyse whether it's gonna fly anywhere or not. Until then this board is being pathetic on both sides.

On the RNS front... I'm still expecting it any moment, the previous rns was pretty clear; anything finalised would need to be announced so should be any moment of not delayed (also something that should be announced TBF)

The SP is acting very strange; NT on some larger amounts, ticking up gently on smaller amounts. All whilst absolutely zero volume.

Either something is going on in the background and not reported yet (seems unlikely as it's not really moving enough); a placing (very unlikely given Harry said there wouldn't be but who knows, it's that time of year!!) or volume is so thin; MMs are trying to stimulate it before the news drops.

Either way; news is well overdue and Harry will need to release something as the record hasn't been corrected if the equity piece isn't gonna be done on time as stated. The fact nothing has been said makes me believe that an RNS is gonna drop any minute saying all done.

News is overdue imo; it should be any minute once all signed. If it's not this week then I'd be very surprised.

Each to their own when it comes to selling but that is illogical.

The one thing I will say about Harry is he sticks to the rules; if there is a delay then there will be an RNS. There is no reason for that yet and tbh what is a week or so given the vast majority of this package is done.

Have you checked the actual feed on the London Stock Exchange; I think i can see your trades.

The "lse" platform; i.e. this forum is pretty poor. I wouldn't rely on it especially how it guesses buys or sells etc.

£64k traded or 0.0004% of the market cap and you say it's going to fly on this? Are you drunk or just trolling?
