Don't you realise how stupid all this arguing is... Picking bits of RNS that you like (or counter dislike) and saying oooo there you go. None of it has happened yet and none of it seems be affecting the share price.

The only thing really affecting the share price is the delay and lack of finance sign off and Harry's credibility. The RNS have in multiple times shown to be untrue so that needs to change. You cannot take any statements from this company at face value, production dates, timeframes, dividends (lol). It's all pure conjecture; has no effect on the share price and is frankly bizzare.

Should the mine actually be shown to be being built; money actually being spent and photos/pr of the mine actually moving towards readiness; yeah this share may finally grow but until then you're all wasting your time.

Not trying to point score; just pointing out it's always something else both with you and Harry. Oh now it's a wet signature (wasn't there supposed to be a signing ceremony).... It was all signed off but is signed off agreed subject to DDQ or subject to signatures or was it all signed off?

See what I mean; the confusion on the status has caused even you to be confused. This has continually been an issue with KEFI and as such has caused your predictions and subsequent moving of goal posts to occur. I don't know what the answer is here to get the market interested; the volume is appalling and doesn't seem to be changing.

Stebo - yes you are right in the respect of it being an opportunity. The issue is that "2 years" is something you've been saying for a number of years. Everyone has been caught by surprise that the banks signing off hasn't rerated the share (you especially and myself included) but then that's because the status of the sign off despite the lengthy RNS still isn't really clear.

Is KEFI definitely building a mine - yeah it looks nailed on. Will that be huge revenue compared to current SP; yeah definitely. The issue is that short term you put out all sorts of price targets saying rerate before Christmas; re-rate based on this/that and when they don't come true; you revert back to oh long term this is huge value so just don't worry. I can see how that comes across as ramping and always being correct in your eyes.

The market isn't buying anything Harry Adam says currently and that is a problem. Should that ever change then yeah value might come quicker but years of delays and bending of the truth has left statements by Harry and the company completely dismissed by the market. Volume is pitiful again today; it's never going to move off these RNS.

Lol now it's the market's fault because they are panicking... Without the market favouring this; how on earth would the SP ever move in the right direction? Today was self-inflicted; no reason for Harry to release this RNS yet he has and said nothing new and bombed confidence again. It's so needless.

The problem is... Another huge RNS in wording; amazing confirmation again of output/gold NPV etc.

0.45% of marketcap traded with a huge placing overhang. The market needs more; 100s of messages of how amazing this opportunity in here isn't going to do anything!

Those Christmas predictions seem a tad off so now it's 20p + in next 30 months? TBF if the mine gets built on time I can see a large uplift from here but without prejudice; genuinely; why do you think the SP isn't moving? The RNS are decent (bar Saudi) and why isn't the market buying in? Your enthusiasm and price targets can't have expected such muted reactions from the market... There's barely any volume.

Yeah I can see the theory... So update on Saudi - lost more as per usual despite settling outstanding debt.

TK - Anything new in there? Roads/Locals/how valuable resource is? Doesn't look like anything new.. Certainly hasn't caused the market to react either in share buying or even selling (volume remains tiny). There's only one thing that will unlock value here; the confirmation of drawdown agree, monies in the bank and the mine being built. Sadly I think until that is concrete, the market won't buy in due to Harry's credibility of statements last few years.

Only thing I can see that is new is that KEFI has lost more of Saudi (as predicted).

The road that has been built is being rebuilt again!? Locals are being readied to move AGAIN. Progress is needed; monies received and spent is needed.. This isn't going anywhere until anything comes in on that. This RNS seems pointless.

Volume is pathetic; a 100k or so is not going to move this.

Needs millions being traded (of pounds). Harry will need to show some real detail and drawdown plans and this will hopefully pick up but for post "it's all agreed finance wise" news; this is a joke.

Anyone seen Stebo? Not seen that 3/4/5p Christmas prediction?

As soon as we get some news of money actually arriving, this should change things. A decent bit of PR from Harry would be good as well. It's a bit up in the air as to what has been agreed vs actually signed... I don't think anything has been signed as they said signing ceremony and a launch party would occur? So they've all agreed the package to sign? Maybe when that's done we will start to see some volume/rerate?

I wonder if over the Christmas/NYE break; the news may get digested and KEFI begins a bit of a run towards 2p?

A bit of PR in the new year wouldn't go amiss; as frustrated as I have been with Harry and the placing etc; coming in new at 1.3p ish with no financing requirements and a mine to build seems like a no brainer even for any traders out there.

What will be an absolute pain is if there's little interest until we start getting sign off news... Let's hope that ceremony is sooner rather than later?

The problem is that the market clearly DOES look at the past.

I agree with everything you say; this should be the bottom and nothing but value should be added until the NPV is met (give or take some risk factoring). Reality unfortunately says clearly the market doesn't believe Harry; doesn't believe the project is going ahead. This presents an opportunity of sorts that you can buy in now and in time if all comes true (which it should) then rewards will be got. Problem is what timeframe is that on, I think they will literally need revenue coming in or pictures of actual digging before this ever moves as Harry has destroyed the credibility of this share.

Saying things like no more finance needed; existing facilities will be used; hugely over-subscribed ethio bonds meaning no extra funding needed then delivering a placing makes the market wary. That's clear as the SP hasn't taken off today. This is compounded by the insane echo chamber on here from a selected few who all said no no no; 5p by Christmas etc etc.

Hopefully Harry gets on a proper PR mission and gets this signed and sealed and underway asap but the timeframe of H2 is a little slow so may not seen anything on this for quite some time.

So we have good news in that this looks like it's all happening. The placing was a bit of a kick in the nuts but we limp on.

I wonder what will finally unlock value here though? I notice all the 5p by Christmas loons have gone a bit quiet... There's definitely value here by the time the mine gets built but will any of that be seen soon? The main hope of the real pumpers in here was that the publishing of the agreement would mean institutions would buy in. That isn't going to happen until it's all signed and in flow (if ever until actually producing). This means the mad 3p/4p/5p predictions by Christmas were exactly that; we are actually at 1.32p...

It's great news that this is all done but don't pretend the fundraise hasn't caught nearly everyone unaware and instead of 3p to 5p predicted by many (where is Stebo btw) it's now this is a great long term hold.

No I imagined it was the case but then was reassured by the RNS. So it's a lie.

This is some great news re: the holding KEFI retains, this now fully funded. Maybe the market will buy in as it's the "last" placing finally. However Harry is so untrustworthy that you may not see value in this share until he turns up on a webinar and hands out gold nuggets.

Harry is an absolute criminal; this is a straight up lie. They knew they'd need to fill the gap in funding with a placing; will have known for months yet they kept people on the hook saying it's oversubscribed; they have too much money being offered...

Is there a mine going to be built; yes most likely and will it be highly profitable yeah hopefully.

Is Harry trustworthy; no; he's mislead the market and screwed people over to get this here. It shouldn't be allowed. If you were to invest for the first time tomorrow; you might have a great result but for existing shareholders; like AIM; got screwed as per.

Why is it now the word "assembled" when it was previously "finalised"?
