My issue is more the wording; why is there a buffer needed? PLC costs are supposed to go to almost zero...

The streaming deals were just waiting a signature having being all agreed and now they don't exist. Quite a turn around there? If the mine is truly funded and no more surprises/delays then maybe but my conjecture is that it's very difficult to trust anything that's been said when so much of it becomes untrue so quickly. Can't cherry pick what we want to believe, Harry's credibility is rotten again. Also there will be no institutional holders from this placing, if that isn't true then that will be a huge positive but I almost guarantee there will not be.

If you believe this is with institutional investors then I have a bridge to sell you.

Reality is, this is a classic AIM dog. The royalty firms and staff will make money on this mine but ordinary shareholders, probably not (unless they enter below 1.2p) but honestly, can't take anything he's said given the next rns immediately discounts it as a lie.

Throw in any delays as the timelines can't be trusted either now. Can't cherry pick what parts we like out of the rns lies, none of it can be trusted sadly now.

Very rarely agree with sharezy but Harry would have had to say if something was wrong. This is a macro issue but potentially coupled with the delay and worry over the last 20mil timing wise. The delay isnt being communicated that well, I think a soothing update would go a long way but sitting on hands is the main state of play here.

Yep, harry needs to release a statement tbh and update where the progress is. Ok, can't control wider markets but say that and go everything is on track as per last RNS, ATM the market is pricing this as major delays due to cold feet potentially due to market conditions. If they countered that then maybe it'll help support.

What is needed is Harry shuffled back, a COO and production building phase with updates from the professional constructors. That will build confidence, right now the market doesnt believe Harry hence zero volume and stagnant sp despite the opportunity here.

One thing matters, full financing. Harry has to get this sorted as I think the market is fretting for another placing in lieu of the financing. I don't think this will happen but the market clearly does.
