Nearly a third of the marketcap in overhang. This isn't going anywhere until large volume has burnt through it. Will take weeks if not months unless harry starts pooping old gold nuggets on camera.

It's called oversight. It's literally your attitude that allows aim to function how it does. Can you at least concede that harry owes the market an explanation... He's in the territory of misleading the market having given no explanation or update to the streaming deals. If they fell apart then that would have to be announced but instead a huge placing. The PLC costs part is extremely important as the major plus of this entire package was once the pain of being a shareholder here subsided (after years of delays/placings); costs were to go to near zero and no risk of any future placings. If that is no longer the case then it's quite a serious issue.

Please look at what I've written; you've selectively chosen positive parts of recent rns without the bad parts. There are some gaping mistruths that need to be addressed. One cannot be credible without the others. Will the mine be built, yes if everything turns out to be true... Will shareholders benefit? It's no longer certain as it's clear that any more "buffer" money etc will just be rinsed from the market. Theres supposed to be zero costs after launch... How certain are we the debt financing is done etc? It says it is but then so was the streaming and equity parts... What's happened to the oversubscribed Ethio bonds? That's a lot of questions that need to be answered from Harry. Being dismissive and saying it's all ok the mine is being built is letting harry off the hook with YOUR money on the line.

STN - I agree that a fully financed mine is a good thing but this is being very selective on what parts of the RNS we believe. If Harry has lied (and he has) about financing, what other parts might be stretching the truth? Timelines is one that could easily drift even with good news so my point is that you can't cherry pick which parts to believe. Harry's credibility has caused chaos here and it's only the ordinary shareholders that get shafted, the other parts of the deal are fine.

Is this the last placing? In theory yes but then all of a sudden a buffer is needed when plc costs are supposed to be zero, if theres any sort of delay what's stopping harry from going "oh I'll protect the mine financiers and just rinse the market again for more buffer money".

This is why Harry should be forced out.

It will not end positive today. If we hold above placing price then that will be amazing news but there will be a huge overhang in place whilst the bucket shops sell into any strength. No TR1s (and doubtful in coming days) will confirm that no institutions took part bar bucket shops.

Yeah there's no way this can be dressed up as positive. Harry has lied that no more funding is needed and then to go at the "getting more for exploration" angle is clearly not true. He needs to explain what on earth has happened. I don't think people are really grasping the turn around in words here, it really is a complete farce how it's gone from needing signatures on agreed terms to a 45mil placing.

Where are the TR1s? No institutional money took place at this, it's all bucket shops as per usual hence the huge discount. You don't need to offer such an insane discount if real institutions want to take place. I can't believe you're being so myopic about this. It's crazy.
