Let me guess; you'll say there are 911 trades or other signal trades next. If this stock is alleged going to min 5x/6x TOMORROW then it's looking a bit odd.

It'll come through when it comes through; tomorrow will likely be interim results; some statement of direction will be nice but I refuse to believe the news has landed yet as the sp would be racing ahead as there's no way this news wouldn't be leaky.

Can't wait for the excuses you'll come up with when there isn't...

FYI I think you're right; there will be an RNS tomorrow but it will be interim results; not the sign off. Love to be wrong but even if I am right; it really doesn't matter; sign off is coming, stop trying to pump this idea.

I just can't get this insane focus on September from rampers and derampers. "A view to completion in September".

It's not a; oh it's not done in September and therefore it's failed... I'd like to think there was a meeting planned to be all wrapped up but lawyers always love to tinker and it doesn't take much for a review to derail a signing for a week or so.

This September countdown was set by forums and telegram groups and is completely unneccessary.

Yes I want it all to be done in September but it's a deadline set by forums not by KEFI. I would expect them to release a statement if it's not done to correct the record but then technically it's not a record that's been set so again the silence may be made into something it isn't.

In short; setting KEFI up for a failure it didn't promise will cause the SP to drop if September passes which it really doesn't need to do!

I don't get it. I'm not whoever you think it is on telegram; i'm not on it. I was in the KEFI group a long time ago and encountered Alan there.

He was very emotional and angry there with people; the group was a farce. Alan's personal attacks on people including here are always unhelpful. I simply said we are creating timeframes that KEFI have in no way said they would meet exactly or definitely. They are looking to get it done by September but if it's October; so be it. Doesn't need a countdown which inevitably leads to disappointment and as a result the nutter de-rampers like Humble etc come on here and pollute the board. Being myopically positive when it's not required then aggressively personal like Alan is on here (and has been elsewhere) isn't helpful and shows an emotional weak mind that just shouldn't be invested on AIM.

Luckily I think KEFI is going to come very good so Alan will be lucky and not destroyed his retirement as he was worried about a year ago.

Poor Alan; he's well know from the TG group. Overinvested; well into his retirement and really doesn't understand the trading and how the AIM market operates. He makes things up and when corrected gets very very grumpy about it. He stormed out of the TG as a result hence even when you are agree that a re-rate is likely; he still gets very emotional. One of the sort of people that just shouldn't be allowed to invest in AIM sadly.

Oh Alan Osbourne; a treat for everyone. Gets in a tizzy about something then threatens the green box. I don't think anything i've said is contentious? Sign off is coming and a re-rate. The language used in the RNS gives wiggle room for a reason so I wouldn't even say it would be classed as a delay. Anyone that has dealt with contracts like this know that there is always things that need adjusting by lawyers keen to make their money/justify their worth.

You will know it's signed as the SP will start climbing sharply; there's no way it won't leak before hand; they will get the RNS out sharpish but it'll still have a few hours lead time.

Actually what has the RNS told us; the exact words are "Meetings with co-lenders and respective legal teams have started with a view to signing facility documentation by the end of September 2025."

Yes it's targeted by end of September but a review required and/or changes needed can easily delay this. This myopic focus on September count down dates will lead to misery when it's not delivered by September when it may only be a few days or weeks following.

I would't even say it's a delay; this September focused countdown is something the forums have created and this will just cause unnecessary noise if it's not "met". But sure; you carry on as per usual Mr Osbourne with your aggressive comments and misunderstanding of how this all works.

The sign off will come and the SP will go up; I don't think it needs minute by minute countdowns as inevitably if September passes; it'll attract all sorts of negativity and most likely an SP cratering when it's a self inflicted injury.

Ignore google prices (or similar). It goes off the last reported trade price. There's quite a few people (in here I suspect) who try to spoof the reported price all day with stupid tiny trades (probably on platforms that don't charge fees for trades). This means it looks like it's always going up when in reality the spread is quite large and the buy vs sell prices are quite different.

Take for example right now; it's .9344 to sell (a few mil volume) and .9942 to buy. A hefty spread and if someone buys one share then it'll report the move up to .9942 on google etc making it look like a massive move.

Yes and no CT. Fundraises can be organised within a week or so; it doesn't take months.

I see this warrant exercise as odd timing but definitely confirms there's no placing in next few weeks (or nothing has been discussed). It therefore means that the following are potentials: -

1. They have exercised warrants; dumped the shares and made 100% of the fees with the recent volume. Not too bad, barely dilutive; is what it is.

2. They have held the shares expecting big news next week (less likely given the warrants weren't expiring and they could have exercised much higher with zero additional risk)

3. They have exercised now due to the volume and don't expect news soon so have got out in good volume (this is less likely I hope but again quite possible)

Because the sells vs buys is an estimate by LSE or whatever platform you're on. There were more sells than buys today; just is what is. Tomorrow is a new day.

Or just stupid people doing dummy tiny trades to try and spoof the market. Actual volumes are completely different to the tiny trade reported prices. Why are you doing this? It's desperate. When signing news lands (or rumours of) this will fly; doesn't need this complete fabrication; looks desperate.

Complete nonsense. Stop trying to invent analysis when there is no need. News (when/if) it comes will make all of this irrelevant. Volume will be huge.

These are clearly placing overhang trades from the MMs. They don't affect the SP.

Had them for years post over placings; volume is tiny so they are taking days to do. I doubt it's another placing but likely to be clearing the old lot.
