Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
@damodubya, will it stay over it though?
My RI shares are showing as 94.9p. HL stated though that we'd be given all the shared we'd asked for (I asked for more) but if they were over subscribed they'd be removed so we'll see tomorrow.
Will it or won't it get over 95p today (and stay over it)?
Can you post the link please?
Good to read, just hope it means the underwriters never had to buy any. It reads like that but can't say I fully trust the board!
Good lad George, only another 50 pence increase required by me so keep telling it please.
....causing the increase in SP?
Castle I agree it's not fool proof. There's a price per QALY(quality-adjusted life year) though and it'll be based on similar, ie how many cases are we willing to risk.
This article is from 2014 but I'm sure there are more recent ones available...https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/health-28983924
Hi Castle, there's a reason it's getting reported and it's because it's big. There will be a risk based assessment for implementing it.
If it wasn't for the EZJ release I'd be confident. I think the biggest drag on this though is the diabolical decision by the directors not to take up their full rights
HL said they'd take the money and they'd show, but if not enough were available they'd essentially be removed and your account resented. I would wait until 7th/8th October to be certain either way
So it wasn't so bad
...optimistic today. Let's see
I have bought my allocation and asked to buy more (only about 800).
Ultimately, if you believe in it then keep the faith. If you don't believe in it any more then try to get out at the most financially rewarding result you personally can
@calamari, the only probable impact will be people who have invested more money as part of their rights selling their new shares.
It's €0.92. Just Google it and spend 5 minutes reading about it instead of stressing.....

The subscription price of €0.92 per New Share represents a discount of 35.9% to the TERP (theoretical ex-rights price) of €1.44 per share by reference to the closing price on 9 September 2020 (the last business day before this announcement).

If you bought at 1.35 you missed the rights to buy the discounted shares. Sorry
...we're blue. But happy
It'll be 2 x current sp + 3 x 0.97 euros
So about 4 quid for 2 shares v about 2.70 for 3 shares.
Add those together and divide by 5 = 1.37.
I guess share price will be about 1.70. I am very new to this but that's rudimentary calculations.
Lots of considerations happening in the immediate term. Negatives are Rights Issue, uptrend in cases, general fear, governments not wanting to admit they got anything wrong, cabinet against changing quarantine. Positives are that people are getting back to normal, no one is dying, government back benchers pressuring for airport testing, US election meaning Trump will want USA opened up soon, news programmes moving on from 99% covid to 50% covid.
I'm hoping for a decent week then general upward trend in the coming months. Unless people start dropping like flies in the next couple of weeks on the back of the cases increase, what basis is there for controlling everyone like now?
