That would be a bonus. Fingers crossed.
What's everyone's opinion? I worry there could be a tanking soon with second outbreaks etc, but there's also a lot to be optimistic about.
I'm going for an opening price about 270 and fluctuations between 255 & 275. This is a pretty uneducated guess though!
I agree with that but you apply that to new employees, you don't change long term workers who've had the audacity to stay with the company.
From my perspective, I have shares and know no one who'll be affected, so I'll benefit. It doesn't mean that there shouldn't be ethics involved.
It is terrible to change people's terms.
In terms of the whole economy, the government needs to look at itself. It stopped the economy for no reason when there were alternatives like wholeheartedly protecting the vulnerable.
Not many on this forum really have a clue, people who know wouldn't use this to give away information, unless they have a position and want to create positive or negative sentiment.
I am running at a big loss for me, but that has removed the short term view and pushed it to a longer term view which is probably better for me personally.
I'd hope any good news happens during trading hours so you can bail out at the spike.
Why is the price rising so much?
General market feeling? Court battle?
Do you honestly think air bridges are factored in? I don't.
I expect 350 if they are announced and up and running, assuming they are enough of them. If we include Dubai etc then it'll surely rise?
That made me laugh on a difficult morning, thanks ??
WTF is that last post?
There seems to be a lot of pessimism here but other comparable shares ie Qantas and AAL never took a beating, so I'd expect the shares to open about 308 then settle about 310.
What's everyone else's thoughts?
I bailed at 323 and booked a nice trip to Munich off the profits. No idea if it's right, I was trying to buy back in about 310 but it went up and never came back.
Good luck to everyone who is committed over the coming months, I can only see it improving.
Boom 314
This happened yesterday then it went up and down like a *****'s knickers.
I'm new to this. There appears to be a £5 million sell at the very end. What impact does this have on the opening price tomorrow...and what is the general opinion of what the market will open at?
Thanks
Thanks, here's hoping.
How much does business class and first class contribute to revenues?
I would imagine everyone will be wearing face masks and no food & drink will be allowed onboard, lounges might be shut etc so the benefits of flying these classes will be drastically reduced which will surely impact percentages.
What are expecting? I'm fearing bad news with Priti Patel trying to save face but optimistic with BoJo apparently keen to get air bridges sorted.
I'm hoping it doesn't drop below 250 in the coming weeks then expect 300+ when flying is normal again.
