The fact this is global can only be good?
....and sold on the way down.
Yep, I'm that loser here!
What's your point caller?
Duster
Apart from here where he says it is reviewed almost daily
On the question of re-opening the country's borders, he struck a cautious note.
"Obviously, there is an interest in getting back to some form of normality in our interactions with other countries," he said, adding the topic was reviewed almost daily but refusing to give a timeline.
Good news. Apart from the media, the general fear inducing rhetoric from politicians etc seems to be reducing which is good news. Not just for these shares, but for the whole world.
Thanks
Are you seeing somewhere that there is to be an announcement?
Good effort. I've been looking at the share price so set loss limits and upper sell so I can try and not look at it so often.
Good luck
Looking like air bridges will be announced at the end of next week. I hoped they'd be announced this week for starting on the 29th June.

What's caused the drop to 285?
If it's in chronological order.
Government announcing air bridges to low case countries globally excluding the us = £3.75
Government announcing air bridges including the US = £4.25
FCO lifting all covid related travel restrictions £5.50 (or if there's a vaccine)
I’m trying to gage where will be in the coming weeks/ months and it’s hard to predict what the impact will he of these announcements as we know numbers will be lower than previous years even if flights are unrestricted. At the same time we know the business will be more efficient than recent years (aircraft used, fuel costs, staffing numbers and staffing costs
Thanks for the feedback everyone.
I have only been folllowing IAG shares the last couple of months, but it seems like the IAG shares generally follow the FTSE index but 3% for every 1% of FTSE movement. Am I imagining this?
How does one of those work?
You were right big man, thankfully
I'm thinking 275, ie 4% based on AAL after market and Qantas.
I'd have thought today would have been bad with possible second outbreaks and index reductions.
I think and hope that every day we get through nearer to quarantine being lifted without getting hammered it's good. I'm basically saying, barring any horrendous news, I'd expect the price to increase.
Why do you think that?
I agree - I bought more.
Hopefully this helps
