Gino had a big part in designing the products and has a passion for them - who better to sell them.

The talk about the need for an imminent placing is a load of sh#t.

Clearly from those, for whatever reason that want to attempt to do some scaremongering.

Why?…for a cheaper entry point, because they are embittered ex shareholders, or for work as a paid deramper - who knows.

The £400,000 to £450,000 keeps all the lights on for R+D, staff wages and the whole shabang until natural commercial traction occurs.

Never heard of that 5% for salaries - it’s pie in the sky 🌌.

Just got £6 million in May/June past 2reincartnated - that's 12-15 months estimated monthly cash-burn assuming £400,000 - £450,000 spend.

Plus commercial traction will lengthen the cash runway - and £1 million tax rebate.

I'm impressed that you got a reply from a GDR employee - they bounce my emails to Walbrook, who normally give a very generic, politician like response. i.e...board is aware of investor sentiment and frustration...blah...blah...blah...this type of reply.

Maybe i should be more diplomatic.

Anyone else had any success getting a reply or talking to any other company representatives.

The NHS is a large bureaucratic machine - orders will take time.

It’s not like ordering from Amazon Prime - we can’t expect payment and next day delivery.

As jazim.77 rightly eludes too - read between the lines regarding the directors buy - look at Sir Ian’s CV - he’s no fool.

I've been here for four years and reviewed every RNS, company update, and daily share movement, along with any other info i deemed important.

Both painful and happy moments, but here's what i've learnt about this share:

1/ Its a feel good news story and will get a fair degree of TV and newspaper coverage over the coming weeks and months

2/ Private institutions have always shied away from this share due to lack of commercial traction. This will change now that we have a clear route to market with the NHS

3/ Don't assume all longtermholders will sell. Some may have very different averages....5p, 10p, 15p, 50p...i know one shareholder (Punit) with an average of over £2.00. Sell off with be in stages

4/ The NICE accreditation is an extremely stringent process. Make no mistake....the Middle East and there private healthcare system will now have the green light to adopt the stroke ADR test

5/ When this share moves, she goes fast like a speedboat....expect fireworks
