As some have eluded to, how could this happen, when I'm sure corporate solicitors were paid to scrutinize this deal.

£15m might not be a huge amount to Hainan, but it is to KODAL, especially as the market capitalisation has dropped to around £54m - its not like a polite discussion about splitting the bill after a big family meal out!

And why is this disagreement only arising now - surely Hainan as well as Kodal had representatives at the meetings with the Mali government - or at the very least Hainan would have been briefed on said meetings.

I'm perplexed and slightly concerned to be honest.

Indeed, its shocking that shareholders only find out about - for example, a CYP2C19 pilot trial in England, and the SHTG recommendations in Scotland through eagle eyed fellow investors.

Lots happening in the background - adverse drug reaction testing is clearly high on the radar of the various NHS trusts, given the significant cost economics - we are indeed on the cusp of significant commercial traction.

I'm with you on that one Basil - the radio silence is shocking - i'd go further than that.

Don't get be wrong, i'm a big fan of the potential of this share, the technology, the products, and the ability to do good by alleviating adverse drug reactions.

However, given 94% of private investors bailed out GDR from a very precarious financial situation at the fundraise, the lack of communication from the board is alarming and shows a certain level of arrogance and contempt.

I have said as much through the PR company, but get very general, vague replies.

I have went through the entire NHS Scotland report with a fine toothcomb and am now more confident than ever about the future of GDR - but don't take my word for it - read the document yourself.

Basically the Genedrive test trumps the Genomadix test on every measure of clinical accuracy and is also much more cost effective than it's closest rival.

The key comparisons:

- The GDR test would produce a cumulative cost saving for NHS Scotland of £18m over 5 years, whilst the Genomadix test would save £17.3%m over 5 years - WIN for GDR

- The GDR test would cost the NHS £1,172,875 in the first year, whilst the Genomadix test would cost £1,457,055. Importantly, the Genomadix test would be £254,180 more expensive in the first year - WIN for GDR

- The clinical indicators on sensitivity and specificity are much superior for GDR than Genomadix - WIN for GDR

- The failure rate for the GDR test is significantly lower, than that of Genomadix - WIN for GDR

So, £1.17m revenue from NHS Scotland alone if they fully adopt the test.

Add NHS England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland - you do the maths!

Add Europe, America, and the rest of the world - get a bigger calculator.
