- JC states at the last presentation that there is no reason why the CYP2C19 test will not get full recommendation in July....AND HE WAS RIGHT!!!!

- The world market is worth over £200m per annum

- CE-IVD marking in application process to open the European market

- Some interested parties want to use the CYP2C19 test on a research only basis around Europe

- The turnaround time for the labs is 2 days at the earliest - NICE says the test is time critical and must be done much earlier, as stroke patients are at risk off another stroke at this time

I attach some info on the NHS vision to have a fully automated, paper loss workplace (America call this the Digital Hospital and done this years ago). I know many trusts have implemented this. Patient information can be imputed electronically and then be accessed immediately by health professionals across the hospital departments to aid speed of treatment.

Eg., A consultant could view an X-ray result or a blood result seconds after it had been inputted into the system and make speedy treatment decisions.

What would you prefer if you had a stroke:

A/ You get a blood test taken that will be back in 2-5 days at best - your treatment depends on the result of this test, so you are in limbo at this critical time, when you are at heightened risk of secondary stroke.

Or.,

B/ you get the GDR swab test, it’s back in an hour and you then receive Clopidogrel or a more appropriate medication.

Should common sense not prevail here!? Could this be any simpler?

Now, that’s the total number of Health Trusts (not hospitals) in England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿, Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿, Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿, and Northern Ireland.

GDR have just received an initial order from one Health Trust of £100,000.

Can you see where I’m going with this?

When this is implemented throughout the UK?

237 x £100,000 = ££££££££££

And then there’s Europe €€€€€€€, America$$$$$$$, and the Rest of the World 🌍.

However, he chose to purchase last week at above 3p. Now Sir Ian is a very astute business man.

This director buy indicates to me that GDR have some very good near term news about to land. Maybe the i’s are being dotted and the t’s crossed but have no doubt orders must be in the pipeline.

Because lab testing takes between 2-5 days for results to return, if you have a nearby hub, and the GDR test takes 1 hour.

If Clopidogrel is unsuitable and won't metabolise correctly (as in a high % of the population) a more suitable medication can be administered, at a time of heightened risk of secondary stroke.

But, you know all this anyway.

We’re not talking about PR to advertise the product, but to communicate with shareholders and potential shareholders (subtle but important difference). We know the NHS is a specialist organisation to sell into, governed by various quality standards and processes..

Lots of AIM listed companies use the likes of LSE, Stockbox Media, or Proactive investor interviews to communicate with shareholders and attract institutional investors.

When we get bought out by big pharma - do some history checks on Sir Ian.

I wouldn’t be surprised is Gino and Russ Shaw follow suit with more director buys.

An extremely good indicator of real progress being made in the background.

Nice is a world respected quality standard - this could trigger sales in the Middle East and ROW - distributors in place 😊.
