I think the more logical conclusion is things were coming to a conclusion this year then war happened. Everyone is now jittery due to the war so it's dragging on longer wile discussions happen.

Appreciate you want to know what's going on Summit, but IMO, those sort of questions are easily avoided as they aren't specific enough. Maybe they would promote discussion and further questions, but I feel they will be as useful as just asking "What's going on with everything?"
As always, you're entitled to ask them, I just feel they wont get much of a useful response in their current form

I don't feel those are particularly objective questions Summit. As such, the answers would be pretty vague e.g.

Ask them why we are still in sale discussions?
"As the asset sale hasn't concluded we are still in discussion"
Are they making best use of shareholder funds?
"Yes"
When are they going to return a dividend?
"As soon as reasonably possible after the asset sale concludes"
Why we should trust what they say?
"We are significant shareholders in the business, so our interests are aligned with yours"
