How could NN buy us for current mcap kira? They don't own enough shares for a hostile takeover, and if they tried to acquire them, it would push the SP up up up! If they tabled a bid of current mcap, that would require a shareholder vote, which would likely be met with a resounding no.
Also, please provide evidece of this "off shore" conspiracy or refrain from spouting such nonsense

SP was doing pretty well before the war. To say it's the BoD fault is a fallacy
