If you looked at just the RNS's, I'm pretty sure you would think there is a good chance of a deal.
If you then looked at the current SP, you would likely think there is huge upside.
If you then looked at the political climate, you might be a bit apprehensive.

As for the SP, it was a steady eddie at 20p ish before the war broke out. Anything with a Russian connection has taken a beating.

If we sell assets for £xbn, then the sp will rerate to that figure + residual (or there or there abouts). One can realise the capital gain then if one likes.
If they payout £ybn later, the sp will rerate down by a similar amount. Capital gain changed to dividend income

I'm amazed so many seem to see this slight delay in account audits (theres a war going on you know) as the straw that breaks the camels back and caused them to "lose faith" or think "this stinks".
I understand the frustration, but the only meaningful choices you have in the short term are stay until the accounts are released, or sell up and move on.
SP will do what the SP does until more news which, all being well, should be by the end of the month.
