I think you've disproved yourself. If the market is so correct, why has the price at PANR jumped? Oh, it's due to new information coming out. In the similar way that any information of a deal or offer will see this rerate accordingly.

Looking at the 1yr graph on google CTC, I see no slide. It's pretty flat in the range 20-25p until the war happened.

To be fair CTC, most of those claims were before the war happened
