I'd argue the war is the reason, not excuse. As peace appears likely, the sp goes up. As peace appears less likely, the sp goes down.

Only my opinion, but outlook and decisions seem to be pretty good.

Obviously can't comment on how this stacks up to other investments, so they still may be the worst of what you have.

It's a share that's been hammered by the war. A war which "feels" like it is coming to a conclusion more so now than ever.
