There is no doubt at all that the resource will be bigger than the MRE.
I suppose it's possible that there may be some re-negotiation of the initial farm-in at some stage, bearing in mind that Newcrest will surpass their financial obligations well before their PFS, DFS obligations. How it all works in practice, I have no idea.
We do hold all the aces though in terms of what was agreed. I'm delighted that GH is at the helm for us.

Whilst the MRE is clearly an important milestone, it is only part of the process.
In order to earn-in 60% of the project, Newcrest need to complete a PFS. By then, we may well have seen MRE2 or 3.
In order to earn-in 70%, a DFS is required.
Whether it gets that far before we receive an acceptable offer is anyone's guess, but those are the terms of the farm-in.
In any event, the value of HAV to GGP is increasing on a daily basis.
We have a way to go yet in my opinion, but the MRE will at least give us a starting point with regards to value.

No reason to think this has changed so would anticipate an announcement soon

There will be no T/O.
Once MRE complete then Newcrest may very well make an offer for HAV only and we'll just carry on exploring.
POG is a bit of a red herring, although the higher the better for all concerned.
Any offer would be at current market value - Newcrest cannot take the chance that someone else will outbid them for our remaining 25% as they will almost certainly want it all for Telfer.

I don't think anything will happen until MRE at the earliest.
Newcrest clearly happy so far - after all, 70% of a potential monster will only have cost them £50 Million roughly so they haven't done too badly.
The rest, if it happens, is going to be a lot more expensive

The only people on here not happy are the traders looking for a quick buck.

I don't think you're a stupid fool at all - sometimes not looking for the quick buck and having some patience is the way to go.
We're currently valued at cash in hand which is nonsense.

The other thing here is that the share price can move quite rapidly on very little. There are not that many shares in issue and a large percentage are stuck fast. Am looking forward to the rest of the year

I agree to an extent re promoting the company but there is a big difference here compared to a lot of others.
MKA do not need to promote as they don't need to push the SP in order to raise finance. We are fully funded to BFS and potentially to mine construction. No dilution here.
MKA have always been this way and, while I would personally like a bit more news on progress, they only release news that is material to any project going forward.
Anything that anyone needs to know has been RNS'd already for those prepared to do their research and have patience.
In the meantime, this is cheap as chips in my opinion.
BFS is progressing; Chinalco have publicly stated that they would be interested in supporting Talaxis re construction and have entered into a MOU with them; demand for RE's is not going away. All is good!!
